With a modified Borda count, we tallied 1st, 2nd, and 3rd favorite sauces and a choice of worse sauce. Points were awarded to each top 3 places with 3points, 2points, and 1 point respectively with a count of -1 for worse choices. Flying bats and ghosts replace the birds and clouds seen in some kinetic sculptures, given a twisted vision from the unwinding of artistic creativity through found objects. Using recreational construction materials such as baby-tree wire tourniquets, spray paint and paper, a representation of the spirit of Halloween through witches hats and jack-o lanterns swirls and turns in the stillest of haunted nights. We were at Unknown Mortal Orchestra at Number’s circa 2016. I was making a fool of myself to impress a girl by being still and attentive, tryna be kool. You and the homies were having a blast behind me. You had a hand on my shoulder to jump higher in excitement, but being mister kool I wasn’t having it.
