This Tangerine Beef Stir-fry is a flavorful and zesty dish that combines the sweetness of tangerines with savory beef and colorful vegetables. It's a quick and easy stir-fry recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tangerines, juiced and zested. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 green bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup snow peas. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: To make the marinade, combine the tangerine juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Spoon half of the marinade over the thinly sliced beef that has been placed in a resealable plastic bag. After sealing the bag, chill it for half an hour. Heat the vegetable oil in a big skillet or wok over high heat. After adding the marinated beef, stir-fry it for two to three minutes, or until it is well cooked and browned. After taking the steak out of the skillet, set it aside. Add the snow peas and sliced bell peppers to the same skillet. Cook for two to three minutes, or until they become crisp-tender. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet with the cooked steak once again. Stir-fry for a further one to two minutes, or until everything is thoroughly heated and well coated. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. If desired, top the Tangerine Beef Stir-fry with extra tangerine zest and serve it over cooked rice. Savor the flavor of your stir-fried tangerine beef!

Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of American cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onions. Pickles. Ketchup. Mustard. Mayonnaise.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper. Place the patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of American cheese to each patty and let it melt. While the patties are cooking, split the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onions on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked patty with melted cheese on top of the vegetables. Add pickles on top of the patty and drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the pickles. Place the top half of the bun on the condiments to complete the burger.
