Watcher;;
A role which pretains to an alter who is perpetually aware of front/the body, they do not necessarily have to perpetually be in front (though they can be!!), but they are actively aware of what is going on around the body at the present moment.

Technician
[PT: Technician]
“A technician is a headmate who is responsible for figuring out the system's functions and handling technical things within the system, such as;
Analyzing headmates, fragments, the innerworld, etc. and figuring out how those function,
Keeping track of splits or merges and figuring out how or why they happen,
Keeping track of member count, groups, clusters, sisasystems, layers, etc.
There is no limit as to how one may want to identify with the term, for as long as it refers to someone who deals with technical things within the system in some way.” - Pluralpedia(link)

Corpusmate
could also be called Sómamate (Corpus is latin for the body, Sóma greek for body)
An Alter who IS the body, this can mean they’re an introject of the body, or the body itself is an alter, typically
This term wasn’t made for those who front so much they feel as though they’re the body, but if the label makes you comfortable go ahead!

Bontive, Bonist, and Bonspace
[PT: Bontive, Bonist, and Bonspace /End PT]
Tumblr media
[ID: A thin light green line. /End ID]
Bontive
[PT: Bontive /End PT]
A term that refers to a member who are intentionally or unintentionally created at the same time as a piece of media, known as a Bonist. However, as they develop, they influence their Bonist and their Bonist influences them.
This can look like as magic gets added to a story, the Bontive gains magical abilities. However, if the Bontive finds a limit to their abilities, it will be limited in the same way in the story. Another example would be if a headmate dyed their hair, the collage they were co-created with would need the colors changes to match.
Ouroboros refers to a headmate the is sourced from a specific oc, and grows alongside the oc. A Bontive however isn't sourced, but created at the same time as their Bonist and may or may not have a version of themself in their Bonist altogether.
Tumblr media
[ID: A thin light blue line. /End ID]
Bonist
[PT: Bonist /End PT]
A term referring to the piece of media a Bontive is co-created with. It may be considered an alternative to Source as a Bontive may not feel they were sourced from the media, as they were created at the same time. A Bonist can be any type of media, a song, an art piece, a piece of writing, but is commonly a fictional story due to its easily changeable nature.
Tumblr media
[ID: A thin light purple line. /End ID]
Bonspace
[PT: Bonspace /End PT]
A headspace term that describes either a replica of, or an actual location found in a Bonist, the media a member was co-created with. It primarily, if not exclusively, houses Bontives, however non-Bontives may or may not be able to visit and potentially stay. A Bonspace may or may not actually be located inside the body and/or headspace, and may need a gate or other method to access it from the rest of the system.

While the definitions can fall under their respective "parent" term (Adaptive, Created, Spontaneous, Unknown, Mixed Origins), we personally prefer using more specific terminology (so -dawn terms in general), and figured others might too!
As far as we are aware, none of these have been coined. However if they have, please let us know so we can credit the original coiner, and you can consider these alt flags (and potentially alt definitions if the definitions widely vary for some reason).

Bodyic / Bodic
[PT: Bodyic / Bodic]
Tumblr media
A term in which the body has a identity relating to [thing] or identifies with/as [thing] in a way that affects the system, even though it's not a collective identity
Bodyic is inspired by plurid [link] by @ix-c-999, and is intended to be a counterpart term for plurals who's body has a separate identity to the collective identity in someway (EG: gender, orientation, alterhumanity, ect), especially for when the bodies identity still has some affect on the system regardless.
Obviously feel free to edit that definition as much as needed for any terms, it's there as an explanation and example, not as a set rule as to how to define a bodyic term!

Innkeeper
[PT: Innkeeper]
“The innkeeper role is one that encapsulates a number of responsibilities; in effect, innkeepers take on varying tasks that help to keep a system running and as efficient as possible. It is mainly useful within gateway systems. The innate abilities of an innkeeper involve the managing of switches, cluster designations, and welcoming or dismissing walk-ins. A reason for this is for the way an innkeeper may be able to control switching and fronting; often, when pulling other headmates to front, an innkeeper will "step to the side" in order to remain co-conscious enough that they are aware of the outside, but distant enough that it is easier for someone else to maintain their own control. Remaining co-conscious is important so that the innkeeper will be able to return to the foremost position of the front at a moment's notice, should they be needed to enact another switch to remove or replace the current fronter. It is possible for more than one innkeeper to be active at the front at any given time.” - Pluralpedia(link)
