Reasoning:

Uuuuuhhhh I like Rick and Morty and I think this team looks cool and matches his aesthetic :)

I also think Rick would show off his talent as a Trainer and his ability to catch tricky Pokémon by filling his team with Legendary and Mythical Pokémon.

Banette is a possessed doll.

Mimikyu is a Ghost type Pokémon that wears a disguise; when others see its true form underneath its disguise, they die soon after.

Froslass is a Ghost and Ice type Pokémon; Dexter is undead and susceptible to heat as Happy Fella.

Gumshoos is one of Rattata's natural predators, similar to Dexter's job as an exterminator.

Every Cubone has a deceased mother that it mourns severely. Dexter mentions his mother hugging him as a ghost.

Sneasel is based on a black cat and predates on Sandshrew.

Mega Diancie heavily resembles Rose Quartz.

Blissey is a skilled healer and cares about other people and Pokémon.

Sylveon is love-themed.

Mawile and Mega Slowbro have high defense stats, similar to how Rose Quartz wields a shield.

Red Core Minior looks pink, like Rose Quartz.

All of these Pokémon are pink.

Malamar is a powerful Psychic type Pokémon

Hoopa can bend reality and move people and Pokémon through alternate dimensions, an homage to Dr. Strange, the inspiration for Dr. Orpheus' character.

Aerodactyl is revived from a fossil, a nod to Dr. Orpheus' necromancy.

Reasoning:

Whiscash, Haxorus, and Hippowdon can all learn one-hit knockout moves, used by gamblers in the early Pokémon games.

Furfrou is a high-maintenance Pokémon, similar to a poodle, that has its fur trimmed into neat designs; Nick is fairly high-maintenance as well.

Minccino dusts and mops its surroundings with its tail, like how Nick likes things to be clean.

Aromatisse can learn the move Attract and can emit nice scents, an homage to how Nick is considered a ladies' man.

Mismagius is witch-themed and resembles Luz's Titan form.

Solrock is an homage to the first spell Luz was ever able to cast, the light spell.

Dragonair looks very similar to Luz's palisman, Stringbean.

Cubone resembles King.

Silvally is a Pokémon able to change into any type, similarly to how, when at Hexside, Luz is part of most tracks, rather than sticking to only one the way every other student does.

Hoothoot looks like Hooty, the demon attached to the Owl House's door.

To spare you from searching too much about him (since homestuck is a mess), he's the cancer troll, he's angry almost all the time but he's also, like, the friendship troll (he gaf). He's also the second coming of jesus, loves romcoms and he's the knight of blood, a leader and a mutant, his lusus is a crab : > hope this isn't too long and also makes sense... thank you very much!

Reasoning:

Togekiss and Galvantula are evolutions of Togepi and Joltik, two of Morty C-137's Pokémon.

Solgaleo and Kartana are strong, rare Pokémon; Evil Morty would favor a strong team that can knock out enemies quickly.

The entire team is not balanced, but does include a diverse selection of Pokémon, which is more than Morty C-137 can say about his team.

Evil Morty claims his team was picked for strength, but this is not fully truthful; his partner Pokémon, Joltik, now Galvantula, has remained at his side, and his entire team fits the typical Morty's yellow color palette.
