So I know this is a bit different than my usual, but I'm taking part in the #savetheculture International Book Exchange and it gave me an excuse to take this pic. It's sort of a pay-it-forward exchange where the participants have the potential of receiving more than one book. Thanks to some awesome people on Instagram, I was able to cross one major want off my list this week!  I have no idea why, but I seriously love this pokedoll so so much -- and this is coming from a person who’s never used a Poliwhirl (or any of the evos from this line) in game.  Now I feel like I have to at least give him a go.

I’ve got a couple of other things coming within the next week or so so keep an eye out for those posts.  Other than that, feel free to follow my fangirling on Instagram.

you have probably gotten this question like a thousand times but I must know where you got those shelves you used for your pokedolls they are amazing

I actually made them myself (with the help and power tools of my stepfather). I have seen them on etsy, Target's website, and Amazon but they're all so expensive! I spent about $100 on the original 14 shelves and only had to purchase the wood and hooks for the newest 6. I'm really sorry if you sent this a while ago, I wasn't notified that I had messages in my inbox ^^'

I just have to ask where you got your whimsicott doll. I've been wanting one for a while now and thought you might be able to point me in the right direction

I don't know how long this has been in my inbox, sorry Anon! I got Whimsicott off eBay a few months after it was originally released. Because of that it was only about $27. I know that they're much more expensive now, but I have seen a few relatively reasonably priced ones on Yahoo!Japan recently. To bid on there you do need to use a middleman service, but it would probably be the most cost effective option. Sorry again if this is incredibly late!

Currently looking for these pokedolls (MWT). I'm willing to pay over $100 USD for each one, though I'm looking for the Japanese star tag versions of Magikarp, Poliwhirl, and Shinx. If you're willing to sell any of them or come across them for sale, please let me know!

Recently updated the honeycomb to have 6 more shelves to accommodate some recent gets.  I can’t believe I’ve been collecting for close to 5 years now and have been able to acquire some of my most desired pokedolls.
