🐌POSTAL INFO.🐌 I've had a few messages this week asking "Where's my package?" so I just want to reiterate again the new postal proceedings at Poppy's Patches. In light of the current situation, I now only do ONE postal run per week, which will always be on a Friday. So, although you will receive a dispatch email from me, please be aware that your items will not be posted until the following Friday. Eg. You may get a dispatch email on a Tuesday, but you won't be posted out until the Friday. Also, the Royal Mail is operating at a slower pace now, so please allow a few more days than usual for your package to arrive. As well, it's worth to note my turn around time has increased from 2-3 weeks to 2-4 weeks. Because my daughter is home now and juggling a 3 year old and working is challanging at best. I hope you can all understand and again, I apologise profusely for the delays and change in service at this time.
