Butter Chicken
28g butter 1 onion, chopped 1garlic clove, crushed 2 large boneless chicken breasts 5 ml ginger 5 ml chili powder 5 ml turmeric 5 ml cinnamon 5 ml salt 177 ml fresh cream 15 ml tomato paste 3 ml garam masala Directions: 1) Saute onion and garlic in butter. 2) Slice chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. 3) Combine spices and salt and toss chicken pieces until well coated. 4) Saute the chicken each side until golden brown. 5) Stir in the cream and tomato paste. 6) Cover pan and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through. 7) Sprinkle with garam masala. Yeild: 4 Cook Time: 30min

It was the third box that day. The third delivery. How could anyone do so much online shopping? As I stacked another box on the heap that had been growing steadily throughout the week, I entertained thoughts of what could possibly be in those various boxes. Clothes? Snacks? Ugh - who knows and who cares. It was annoying enough to have to answer the door all day, I’m not wasting any more of my time on his deliveries.
If he’s going to make me collect his orders, the least he could do is ask if I wanted anything... whatever... I really don’t care.
