it feels so good to be freed from the shackles of iwtv hyperfixation by stepping into the beartrap of another one (I'm obsessed with women's basketball!!!!!!!) Why did no one tell me basketball was so much about narrative and mythmaking? That's literally all I care about! And it combines 3 of my greatest pleasures in life:
storytelling 🤝 celesbian gossip 🤝 beautiful feats of athleticism
now iwtv, like all my past hyperfixations, will never truly leave me and I will be here May 12 and the following 2 months. This just means that I couldn't care less about cast/crew/fandom shit. I've seen several posts about leaks + general infighting and...I just keep scrolling (how novel)! The audience for women's basketball is much larger and more insufferable than this one so iwtv fandom will never be able to hurt me psychologically ever again (though you guys do always find ways to surprise me <3).
anyway, I will be riding the high of my new interest for at least the next 4 years, which means I can now be kind of normal about this television program. And I say amen to that!
