Why Cant We Just look in the mirror and be like “Listen, you there, Fat in the stomach, you gotta go. Boobs. You can Stay! That’s too Easy though Right? And anything in life worth having, isn’t Usually easy!
BUT, Losing Weight Doesn’t have to be complicated either. Try not to over do it, Rush it , and put too much pressure on yourself! So Lets just get to some of the best ways to lose weight in the stomach Plus just overall total body Weight!

“If You aint moving, You aint Really Losing” (Myself)
Not to Repeat the same thing, But like I said… This does not have to be complicated! So Many people Think that they HAVE to Have a Gym Membership, but on the other hand, they just are not ready or feel confident enough to go to the gym.
When I first started out with working out, and wanting to lose weight after having my first child. I started out with a Pair of 10lb dumbbells and a Set of Resistant bands that I ORDERED from amazon. Being 100% honest, I didn’t even have enough confidence at that time to go to the fitness section and buy them! I mostly used the bands at the time because it came with this sheet  giving basic workouts you can do to work Each muscle group!
This set Is all you need to start! Check the Sheet of different workouts you can do so you don’t have to worry about feeling lost or unsure of what to do! Plus this set comes with loop bands which are my go to pieces of equipment during leg day, handles, Ankle straps, and the door attachment if you want to stick that through a door for some workouts!

A HUGE misunderstanding for some people When trying to lose weight. They  believe that they can just drink a Protein/Meal shake and lose weight because of it. I Came aware of this when People were constantly asking me if that was the purpose of certain shakes or meal shakes that I suggested! Which is not the case at all.
Adding a shake or protein doesn’t mean you can still eat the same way. You Need to make changes through the day. More Lean proteins, Veggies, fruits, and healthy fats need to be added to your diet in exchanges for fried  foods, fast foods etc.  I have many post that go into more detail about this that you can check out and save to look back on!

Trouble With Weight Loss? You Are Not Alone…
Just Like everything else out there in the marketing world. They Put the wrong idea in people’s Mind about Weight Loss!
For Example…

I started out learning my macros to give me an idea of how much food I should be eating throughout the day! * I Do not still count Macros, because that is just an unrealistic task for me to do daily, But having knowledge of it is a HUGE HELP!

We have a ton of Great Workout Plans, From Beginners to More Advance, At Home Workouts or Gym! I give the Same Advice to Everyone before they start their Workout Journey, From a Beginner, to More Advanced, This Applies to Everyone! Do Not Put to much pressure on yourself. Do Your best Today, And Then aim to do better than That Tomorrow!

Feeling like you’re Not Losing Weight On A Diet is not fun. However, unless you have a Underlying Condition, there is a good chance that you aren’t playing by all the rules! If You  are feeling like you just aren’t making any progress or maybe you hit a Plateau, we are hoping to give you some ideas to help you get past this!

Keeping Track|
Keeping track of what we eat and Planning what we are going to eat has a much higher success rate  rather than not!
Writing down how your body reacts to Certain foods
Making sure you are not over, OR under eating!
Having a set plan for the week on what you are having each meal make you less likely to fall of track!
This is where you might want to Try a Food Journal to help you have a plan and stay on track!
Empty Calories|
A lot of drinks out there, Besides water,  are full of empty calories which is a VERY popular reason for  Not Losing Weight On A Diet! Empty Calories are just as they sounds. Empty, not full of many nutrients that you body needs, but mostly sugar, Sodium, etc.

Having success on a Diet, you need to track, and be aware of what you are putting into your body right? Right! Another thing just as important to keep track off when you are trying to lose weight is WATER! Not Nearly enough people drink enough water through out the day, let alone keep track of it. However, for a successful weight loss journey ( and your health) You need to be drinking enough water!

Arm Fat Exercises to Tone Your Arms
  Summertime is coming up quick. Now Is To Get Started on some  Arm Fat Exercises to Tone Your Arms Prepare  those arm for Your Favorite Tank Tops and Short Sleeve Shirts!  This Post Will be Dedicated to the Shoulders! And All Workouts Can Be Done At Home!

5 Workouts Coming Up!
Exercise 1| Front Shoulder Raises
Hold Weight as If you are Driving a Car! So You Palms are Facing Each other! The Weight Can Be Replaces With Dumbbells or Handles From a resistance Band! Just Make sure those Palms are Facing each other!
Raise Up and Hold ( I like To count to 2)
Slowly Lower back down 
I have a 10lb Weight here. So I would do 3 Sets of 12
Increase Strength, Focus, Power And FAT Burning With|↓
Exercise 2| Front Shoulder Raises
The only different with this one is that I rotated my wrist and Flipped the Weight so that NOW my Palms Are Facing up Towards the Ceiling! So Same Thing here…
Raise Up and Hold
Slowly Lower Back Down
This Can Also Be interchanged with a Dumbbell or Resistance bands! 
Make Sure To Get a Strong, Durable Set That wont Break!
Exercise 3 | Rear Delt Standing Reverse Fly
It is important to Work the Rear Delt to achieve a nice shoulder Shape/Roundness and Reduce injury!
I love doing these with the band because it is easier to control and hold the tension! As you can see in the video, I do different levels. Higher, Middle, Then lower and back up again because this will ALSO hit the Back!
When Doing These
Pull outward
Hold
Slowly Back in
BUT KEEP THE TENSION in the BAND!
exercise 4 | Side To Front Raises or Reverse
These are one of my favorites exercises to really make the shoulder burn!
Start with…
Front Raise( Palms Facing Down)
Instead of going back Down
Open to side Raises
Drop Slowly
Start with Side Lateral. Hold
Bring back in front and let down Back To Starting Position!
Luckily You get to watch the video, Because Those aren’t easy to explain in words! =)
Exercise 5 |Single Arm Up Right Rows
With These , I did single Arm Up Right Rows,  3 Sets, All With Different Weight! with Highest weight to middle, and then to lowest! (15lbs-10lbs-8lbs)
15lbs (Do 10 For Each Arm)
10lbs ( Do 12 for each Arm)
8lbs ( Do 15 For Each arm)

Fun Activities For Kids To Keep Them Healthy And Active!
As a grown adult, one of the hardest things I had to do was change my health habits! Which is a huge reason why I Love to find different fun activities for kids to do that teach them the importance of keeping your body active, but having fun while doing it!
When first becoming pregnant with my 1st child(who is now 7) my first goal was to make sure I taught him healthy habits right away!Now more than ever, with Xbox, PlayStation, DS, iPad and Everything else out there, I want to make sure he stays active!
In my house, he has to earn any screen time by doing something active, but make it fun! It’s not like I’m going to throw him in my workout room and have him doing a 30 minute weight lifting plan followed by 15 on the tredmil! Ha! Sometimes I feel like that is what some of my family think I do! Lol
This is my 5 Minute workout Partner =)
My kids do try to copy me sometimes in my workroom, not for long , but it makes me proud to know I’m setting a positive example!

Know that You Do not need a gym membership. I know going to a gym stops many people from pursuing their goals! There are many Reason why, however, I hope to give you some hope because I actually have never worked out in a gym. I started out with 2 10lb dumbbells and a resistance band, then worked my way up from there with home gyms, and other equipment!

You Can NOT out Work Unhealthy eating, But when starting out your fitness Journey, Think of the word diet in a different way. People often think of the word diet as punishment in a way. ” I cant ever eat my favorite food again” Which then in return, you will not stick with it.  It is important to learn what your body NEEDS to have success with your fitness goals, but also Still have Your favorite foods in Moderation.

Tip| No Scale
Muscle weighs more than Fat! So You do no want to measure your progress with a scale! Progress pictures are the best way to compare where you have started to where you are now!
I have a handful of progress pictures of me comparing my progress wearing the same shirt. ( Like the one above) It Is very easy to not see or give yourself credit for the progress you have made until you actual compare them side to side!

My Eyebrow Growth At Home Experiement Finally Worked
Taking a Break From Weight Loss, Workouts, And Weight Lifting for a second. I am So excited to share that one of my eyebrow growth at home experiments/Treatments has finally Worked! If You Are No stranger to LPM and have been following our Health, Fitness, And Weight Loss Tips To Reach Your Goals, Lets take a quick break and look at our Health In a Different Area!
EYEBROWS|
Super Quick Back Story of Me and My Eyebrow Growth Issues! When I took my son to his first Disney trip, I was so upset with all the pictures, My eyebrows looked so thin an horrible! That Day I decide to NOT touch Them, And I didn’t! Next Years Disney Trip Comes around and guess what? They Looked the exact same! Yup! The Same!
I was so Upset, I Workout, Eat Healthy, Take all my Vitamins. I was getting Very Concerned, BUT I know How badly I damaged my Eyebrows as a teen. Over Plucking, Over Waxing, Over everything. If only I could go back in time. I would tell myself “Don’t touch those Damn Eyebrows” I tried So Many Home Remedies, I refuse to give up on Anything. I could honestly say That it would get me down. My Confidence was Crap because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house without filling in my eyebrows.
My Eyebrow Routine| NO Serums!!!
I just want to jump into what I do, Steps I take, and how I take care of them daily. I honestly had no Idea that It would take so much work, and Testing out different Products and “Experiments”! I envy People who either have naturally great brows, or those who didn’t complete make them paper thin as a Teen! I Tried many other things that didn’t WORK for me, but did work for others! So My routine, might now be a good one for you, but it doesn’t hurt to try!
Note. I have Only Been Doing this for the past 6 weeks, BUT I have seen more eyebrow growth in the past 6 weeks than I have in the past 6 years! I wish I was Being dramatic! ha!
PS. If My daughter EVER touches her eyebrows, she WILL INDEED be grounded! HA! She will Thank me later in life!
Leave Them The Pluck Alone|
Don’t go Plucking Your Heart away. Leave Them Alone. If your a Plucking Maniac And you know the Thickness of The eyebrows you want. Cover it up with something and Pluck Off!(Those Wild Stray ones!) But if you can, The Pluck Down! =)

I made a big change When It came to Washing my Face/Eyebrows. I have Using a pretty Heavy Face Wash to Help With Breakouts! I switched to CeraVe Foaming Facial And Hydrating Cleanser. I had a Dermatologist Friend Recommend that Brand. I wasn’t sure which one to pick. Soo I picked both! Ha! I use the Hydrating Cleanser in the Morning to hydrate my Skin , And Then The Foaming Cleanser at night to get all the Junk off my face from being out and about! Using These Have been a win because I was only looking for a softer Face Wash For my Eyebrows and My Skin Has Never Looked Better!
Second Wash|
I Know What you are thinking. “You already Listed 2” Did you know your eyebrows could get dandruff? Maybe I am alone on this, But I had No Idea! So I brushed through my eyebrows, Looking closely in the mirror and sure enough. I had a little dandruff! So  I bought a little Head and Shoulders Bottle and started to use it on my eyebrows Twice a week! Mostly when I had the most make up on them!
Moisturize |
I am Very careful not to get any of my heavy Moisturizer on my eyebrows. So Before I wash my Face, I will put on a little coconut oil on them for 10-15 minutes and then wash my face like normal with my CeraVa Wash!
Brush Them|
Brushing Them will help them grow in the right direction, And I heard it could help stimulate growth. I Know they say to use a Mascara Wand. Clean of course, to brush the eyebrows, But I use a cheap, Flat, Soft, disposable Tooth brush. I Use it daily to brush them softly, And once or twice a week to exfoliate with!
Vitamins and DONE|
So That is it! I didn’t add any extra Vitamins or minerals because I didn’t feel I had to. With Herbalife, My nutrition, and working out, I feel like I Had all that taken care of! So All It took to finally start seeing some growth is a little TLC. My Eyebrows Just need a little routine of their own like my Workouts! =)
