🎉🎉 WEISS IS FINALLY DONE!! 🎉🎉 I have some additional things I want to add, including possibly adding lights in her skirt, but I’m really happy with her at the moment. The biggest issue is the wig, which is INCREDIBLY heavy and wanted to fall off while I was shooting tiktoks. But I think that’ll become less of a problem as I grow my hair out and give myself something to pin it to. RWBY means a lot to me as a show, and volume 8 has been WILD so far - I actually got a little emotional looking at myself for the mirror in the first time in this. He doesn’t get the joy ; that feels so… strange to say , but as the month changed from October to November - 10 to 11 - Dimitri can’t help but feel a strange SINKING feeling in the pit of his stomach. He’s been having the most horrible dreams , ones of which hurt to relay and describe … But he doesn’t comment on that here. He might not be the most into holidays , but he’s also not in the spirit of SPOILING anyone else’s fun.

  ❝ I guess you can say that. ❞ He nods in agreement , a light shrug as his hands remain stuffed into his trenchcoat’s pockets. ❝ I guess I’m just not as … INTO IT as everyone else. I don’t really have any significant experiences - ❞ It feels strange to say so. ❝ - it doesn’t have… I guess I just unfortunately don’t have much of an opinion. It’s almost a shame. ❞

“ well, i never really had any - what did you call it? - ‘ significant experiences, ’ either. ” he has memories of some: of baking gingerbread with his parents, of christmas parties at friends’ houses, of gifts he spent weeks choosing for others... but he knows those “ memories ” mean little, if anything at all. some of the decorations he’s seen around town ring true to him - he’d seen similar during his time in patch land - but the whole concept of the holiday season is new to him, really. and with new things comes excitement.

“ i guess that’s why i’m so happy about it. ” and if that doesn’t spell out the difference between the two of them, then what does? “ i’ve never had the opportunity to just do whatever i wanted for christmas. ” he’d never known it existed up until now.
