Quarantine Tag Game

I love tag games right now and it’s so much fun, so thank you @katistudies for tagging me in this one! 💕

1. Are you staying home from work/school? Yes!

2. If you’re staying home, who’s there with you? My parents and my brother

3. Do you have pets to keep you company? Do goldfish in our pond count?

4. Who do you miss the most? My best friends who just live a few kilometres away and my boyfriend as well, although I see him about every two weeks

5. When was the last time you left your home? I went to look after my flat in my university’s city on Saturday but came back yesterday

6. What was the last thing you bought? That would be ice cream with Baileys after a bike tour on Sunday

7. Is quarantine driving you insane or are you finally relaxed? At first it was quite relaxing doing nothing, but I’m a workaholic so it’s rather driving me crazy right now

8. Are you a homebody? Depends on my mood actually

9. What movies have you watched recently? Sister Act, Clueless, The Intern

10. An event that you were looking forward to that got cancelled? We had planned a girls weekend a month ago including clubbing, swimming, having great food and drinks, watching movies etc.

11. What’s the worst thing that you’ve had to cancel? A performance of La Bohème in Duisburg in a few weeks

12. What’s the best thing that you’ve had to cancel? It’s not canceled yet, but I have an exam on my birthday next month and they are still discussing

13. Do you have any new hobbies? I developed a weird new obsession with Candy Crush and I’m way more into sports and doing workouts than before

14. What are you out of? Thankfully nothing except for eye drops

15. What music are you listening to? Opera and my sing-along-playlist

16. What shows are you watching? The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Élite, Criminal Minds, and now I’m trying to find a new show to watch

17. What are you reading? Limit by Frank Schätzing

18. What are you doing for self-care? Face and hair masks and painting my nails

19. Are you exercising? I am! Every second day I’ll have 30 minutes of Zumba and a 10 minute workout

20. How’s your toilet paper supply? I feel like we have enough for the next four months

21. Have you made any changes to your hair during quarantine? My appointment for getting a haircut got canceled and so my hair keeps growing and growing

When I dug in France I always got a croissant at 0520 from the same exact place in Échemines. A week in, they had one lying on the counter for me by the time I walked in. By the second week I got the exact amount I’d pay in hand when I walked in, because they’d reliably have it ready. I made sure to tell the owners that I wasn’t returning on my last day of the dig.
