Welcome Home Art! TW at the beginning of video!!

For the few here on Tumblr who enjoy my artworks and projects, I present this nugget of a Welcome Home piece! ^^ It's inspired by the similarities I thought this 'I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream' audio had with Wally's recent phone call

I finished it a few weeks ago- but I hadn't the time to post it here until now

BUT regardless, I hope you all enjoy!

Hello! I think they do 100%, so I seat them gently on my couch before bed every night so they can watch television Comfortably OR talk to each other.

When you need references but have nobody else to aid you:

This is Freddie! He's doing a very good job on his first day posing, as you can see✨ Even seems to be contributing with his own little faces XD he's an actor in the making!

All silly plush toys were handled with care in these images, of course. Lil guys on my lap at the moment as I sketch haha ^^

I suppose these give you guys a peek into my next art skit I'm working on 👀 and it actually has something to do with a certain clown's darling of a puppet... Wonder who that could be 🌀:3

Easing the dear's minds ✨ Adora Affable does well to try and lend an ear and comfort to her neighbors in tough times ^^

Flowers featured here are: Purple Hyacinth, White Tulip, Forget-me-not and some Statice flowers

I hope you all enjoy this comforting artwork, these two have had it rough, so I wanted to make a little tribute in compensation for their hardships :3

The song she's singing here is actually from Dumbo! 'Baby Mine', by Betty Noyes, quite a lovely song but oh so bittersweet at the same time.

For my personal interpretation Wally's forget-me-not is pretty self-explanatory with the name, the statice flower Adora's placed on him is to say, "I'll remember you". Usually, a purple hyacinth is depicted as an apology, in this case from Julie, for not being able to make the flower bloom. Adora's white tulip that she's tucked behind Julie's ear represents forgiveness.

Silly goobers! Who let them paint together?? Knowing Theo they're gonna make a mess of the colourful assortment of acrylics, but I suppose Wally won't mind haha ^^

After all, with art I find that if you aren't at least the littlest bit messy by the end of it, then you haven't done it right ✨

Though of course take my word with a grain of salt, art is whatever you make it!

I think Wally's going to get a purple moustache by the time Theo gets their hands on the paintbrush...

Our lovely group of neighbours all gathered in one place! A pleasant group photo, isn't it? ^^

Though take a closer look, maybe a smidge of a squint, and you might find that all may not be as it seems? 🤔

But I'm urged to assure you, all is just fine! Just don't look between the spirals and lines...

Both characters Howdy Pillar and Eddie Dear belong to @partycoffin, the wonderful creator of Welcome Home on top of many other amazing things ^^ as does the beginning sound I use.

Theo Thoughtful of course belongs to myself however, and all voices heard within the video have been voiced by yours truly! (And I suppose the script written and drawings are mine too if you really wanna be fussy haha!)

I do hope you all enjoy this, it took longer to make than anticipated, and I don't expect the next part to come out too soon either, so I ask all interested to please bear with me!

I struggled a little finding a scarf that would match her aesthetic, though eventually I settled with a lovely teal ✨
