i am a slow roleplayer. not only do i get distracted easily, i get overwhelmed easily. sometimes i can’t talk and do drafts at the same time so i am sorry if i ignore your message. i am deliberate and methodical with every word choice. i like to spend my time on my writing and getting to that emotional level within myself to evoke a proper response with each reply. i’m not good at whipping out thread after thread. i never have been. i’m sorry if that’s the way you roleplay and i don’t match up, but i like to think the quality of the writing makes up for my lack of speed. thank you so much!

A soft smile would cover the surprise she felt. Her heart fluttering, she would rest a hand against her heart as she bowed her head to the other.

     “I’m grateful to be alive, because it meant I was able to meet you. I will stay safe, as long as you do the same, my lady.”

A soft chuckle would answer the other. Everything felt so light, just to hear these words, that the whole rest of the day could have been horrid but this one moment...more than made up for it. 

     “Goodness, my lady, if you keep this up, you’re going to win me over completely~”

For all those visiting this blog, I will now put down what I was too nervous to say before. I am rping Cordelia on tumblr as a mtf trans, and she does go by she/her, as she has been thus far. 

She was born a male, but before she became a knight, she got a mage to help her become who she truly felt like. While her hair had grown long, she was still fond of keeping it short, so that’s why she keeps it short today. In her Granblue verse, she is now biologically and mentally a woman. In modern and other verses, her biological gender is still male, but she still calls herself a woman. That is her identity. 

She always thinks of herself as a woman, and because some people accepted her, she feels inclined to show her gratitude to everyone she meets in one way or another--in the form of protection, kind words, or companionship. 

All things considered, in canon it is common to mistake her for a man, but she won’t snap at you as she corrects you. She is gentle and kind as always, but upon the topics of intimacy or more, she gets understandably nervous. 

If she were to be thrown away by someone she trusts enough to tell the whole truth to, she would be completely heartbroken. Only those she trusts will know this. For all others, she will flat out state that she is female. 

Please don’t assume that your characters know this about her when interacting. Even Cordelia can keep secrets to herself.

Have she ever thought of having long hair?

She actually used to, before she became a Knight. But considering how her enemies gave her little respect for her prowess just because of her gender, the first night after she became one of the Order, she cut her hair and has kept it short ever since. 

If she were to retire or settle down, she might consider growing it out--but not until then.
