We are Traditional Ayurveda, Dr. Chopra Center’s Perfect Health Program, Meditation, Yoga & Integrative Nutrition full services Ayurveda Wellness Center equipped with with the state-of-the-art facility located in the busy professional and shopping area of beautiful ‘Raspberry Capital of Canada’, in the diverse community of City of Abbotsford, the heart of Fraser Valley. We are 1- 3 Kilometers from Vancouver, Burnaby, Whistler, Coquitlam, Chilliwack in British Columbia, Canada also short drive from Seattle and Bellingham in west coast of the United States. Our therapy rooms are fully equipped, large, clean, well-lit and welcoming. This is a Four Hours Course in Chronic Stress Management with specially designed one Hour Kundalini Yoga Class, 30 Minute Guided Primordial Sound Meditation class, Cooking and tasting Stress Busting Ayurvedic simple meal with soothing herbal tea, accompanied by a talk on how to live a stress free and fulfilling life with Ayurveda.
