Sugar Free January
People make new year resolution. I want to make resolution for each month and total of 12 for this year 2019.
My first one is the resolution of Sugar Free January. When I mean sugar free , I mean extra added sugar. Why should we need extra added sugar ? we know it does more harm than good, it is bad for your teeth and it creates several health problem namely obesity, diabetics, cancer and so on. I know it is a challenge to avoid sugar in present world, but lets see how well I can do with it. No sugar in food I prepare...
No added sugar in ready-made food that I buy(biscuits, cookies, sweets, etc) No beverage with sugar ie tea, coffee, carbonated drinks and so on. This will definitely help to get better health.

my health
Now half century crossed. Life is slowly declining.
Three months ago I all of the sudden had little blur vision. First day I ignored it. Second day it continued. I could not ignore it so told Rashmi about it. She contacted Dr. Sanyam Bajimaya, Opthalmologist at Tilganga hospital. He gave appointment for next day. So we went there. And to my surprise, found that one of the blood vessel in my right eye had burst. Took photograph and it showed the damaged part as well.
He gave some eye drop and suggested to do heart check up. Rashmi fixed appointment at Bhaktapur hospital few days later. The check done. Every thing okey. I got relieved.
A follow-up at Tilganga one month later showed improvement on my eye. I was still feeling little uncomfortable and I could still sometime see patch at inner cornor side of my right eye. ** Follow up after 3 month declared that it is healed. And the doctor said that it could have been worse than this ; and asked me to take special care of cardiac health. So take care of health Regular exercise- healthy food- enough sleep and purposeful life. **
