Performance of 2 x GTX 1060 installed, giving steady 23.7mh/s each, with no bios clock settings, expecting even better once those are done!

Started ethereum mining finally with my new test rig, results attached. Highest rate I got with usual settings 24.1mh/sec, there was a slight drop but now back with avg around 23.5mh/sec, with some over clocking this could go higher.

First GPU in place! Switching to Windows, someone suggested that would be easy for installing multiple GPU drivers...but windows 7 install is not detecting USB 3!

Amazing, first GPU just arrived!! It’s the GTX 1060 Armor 6GB version, not sure on its ethereum performance. Lucky I’ve managed to get at least this one in 2 days! Also it’s my first project so willing to compromise, will keep you posted 😄

Ubuntu 6.04 install was quicker than I thought, used Refus for creating bootable USB flash drives

PC assembly almost complete, all looking good! Plenty of space for the 6 GPUs I'm planning to install. Taking off all those drive holders for some additional space on top row, that should improve air flow..

Was looking to get HX1200i but they are out of stock almost everywhere, but HX1000 should be a good start!

My first rig, super massive case (Thermaltaket Core 9x) waiting for GPUs! Looking for GTX 1060 as I believe it’s impossible to get the RX580’s I need!

#Blockchain is gaining popularity, thought of creating an #ethereum mining rig and do some tests & research on that. I’m sharing my experience on building a rig from scratch…
