We'll be soon in GOA 😊, Jan-Feb! In this photo, I teach the Shell Stretch, one of the tens of mobilisations for the shoulder blades available in the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage method. The scapulae will open in this position when bringing the elbow down, helping to release tension in the shoulders, arms and neck.

Dans cette position, les omoplates s'ouvrent en descendant le coude, ce qui permet de libérer les tensions des épaules, des bras et du cou. 

L'institut ARYM sera de retour à Goa en Inde, à Anjuna beach, du 27 janvier au 10 février 2022, pour une formation certifiée en Ayurvedic Yoga Massage enseignée par Ananta.

The training in Paris ended at the end of October with 18 talented practitioners of the ARYM. We had a great time, intense, studious and fraternal, as we like, under an extraordinary Indian summer. They are now ready to welcome you for a superb Ayurvedic Yoga Massage treatment. Next month, like last year, I will be giving the ARYM training in the Luberon in Haute Provence, this time from December 26th to January 1st. The tortoise stretch The tortoise stretch is an excellent mobilisation form ayurvedic yoga massage method to stretch the upper thoracic spine, the front part of the neck, deeper fascias and to relieve neck problems. Another delight of ayurvedic yoga massage. The turtle stretch massage mobilises the upper thoracic and cervical spine, the entire sternum and anterior neck area and the fascias that connect it. It is an excellent way to relieve neck problems and improve the upper thoracic breathing.

Un autre délice du massage ayurvédique yoga. L'étirement de la tortue mobilise le haut de la colonne thoracique et cervicale, la region du sternum et antérieure du cou ainsi que les fascias qui les relient. C'est un excellent moyen de soulager les problèmes de cou et d'améliorer la respiration thoracique haute.

Luberon, Haute Provence training course.
Aug-Sep AYM-ARYM therapist training courses in Simiane-la-Rotonde has completed with a new bench of lovely certified and diploma therapists. We had a lot of fun sharing the AYM therapist program while leading morning meditations. The table was full of delicious food from Pantha's beautiful kitchen.
We are organising training course in Provence again from December 26, 2022 to January 1, 2023, and then from August 4 to 12, 2023.
For those who can't wait, next month begins a 9-day training series in Paris, followed by Brussels in November 💕.

 Foot grip during assisted stretching - Here, the Can-Can stretch (a kind of happy baby on one leg). Holding the body parts during an Ayurvedic yoga massage is essential to ensure the treatment's best result, safety and the therapist's energy saving. The early stages of grasping and gripping begin in the first few months of the newborn infant's life when they spend time opening and closing their hands. In adult life, re-developing this ability to grasp and grab (for body parts) safely is part of the training that comes during the first year of practice of the AYM student.
