Preslee! Hows the start of the college year going? I was just grabbing a soda near campus listening to the Wicked soundtrack in preparation for the movie when I thought i saw you. You were too far away at the time but I have to say your skirt was looking a little short. Did you kneel on the ground to make sure it touched the floor? You know I would hate to think the message you could be giving out to some of these college boys.

Oh, good, so do I. My family and I like to do as much service as possible over the holidays, so we'll be helping out at some community centers and soup kitchens and stuff for sure. How does your family celebrate?

I don't know if that is a good thing. I mean it's going to be a long time until people see it but I am glad you're excited for it.

I celebrate both Christmas and Thanksgiving, love them both! What are you plans for Christmas?

I doubt that's it, this is a school full of famous people's kids so they're not gonna just take your classes because they know your name, that would be super duper weird. How do you know you'd be bad at history? You could start teaching it and love it! It could be a new passion.

Um, thank you? It's less doubting my acting prowess, and more wondering if it's just my name that's carrying weight and keeping people here. Although, if anything that'd probably drive people away... it's a temp gig either way, I'll be back to acting full time before I know it. I'd definitely be worse at teaching Spanish or history... no-one wants to learn that from I can assure you.

Then I left to go travelling and, like, sightseeing and stuff, which was super fun and cute, and now I'm back to try college again. I'm not bored so far, so that feels like progress!

preslee and ivy grew up together, and were best friends all throughout elementary and middle school. when they reached high school, and ivy started getting more and more involved with isaiah, preslee thought nothing of it, especially because in her religion, that was totally normal. they eventually drifted, with preslee travelling and ivy entirely under isaiah’s thumb. preslee is still none the wiser.
