• an ice cream parlor! you can pick out any flavor you want! n some have really yummy cones n toppings!! or!! you can try the rolled ice cream places too!!

• the toy store! perhaps you can find something you like!! new toys are always super duper fun!! and there are so many choices!

• the library/bookstore! you’ll be able to explore books in the children’s section!! there are plenty of fun picture books!! and you can pick out any one you want! (especially if it’s in a regular library!)

• chuck e. cheese/ peter piper pizza!! they have lots of fun games there! n you can even win prizes like toys or candy! and they have yummy pizza too!

⛈ Taking care of Tinies during a thunderstorm ⛈

For some people, thunderstorms are no fun or even scary! So here are some ways to help your tiny or even yourself feel better!

🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈🌱⛈

• Making sure they/you are comfortable and have tons of soft blankets, stuffies, and pillows!

• If you use pacis, maybe have one on hand! Pacis can help with chewing on nails, lips or even you stuffies! And also help regulate breathing as they help you breath through your nose!

• Coloring can be a good distraction as well! Get a cute coloring book and your choice of crayons, coloring pencils, or even markers!

• You can also watch cartoons! With or without headphones, of course! Cartoons or movies are always fun and distract nicely! Put on your favorite(s) and relax!

• And last but not least, cuddle your CG or partner! They can help relax you and keep you safe from the storm! Listening to their heartbeat or even focusing on their breathing, is a good way to keep calm too. The rise and fall of their chest.

Vent:

When it storms in the middle of the night and your slightly scared of storms so you roll over and hold onto your love's shirt cus theyre asleep and you dont wanna wake them up

Then when they leave you cant stop crying bc it hurts they had to leave so early and you feel like you didn't get to do as much with them and you hate saying goodbye bc you barely get to see them except the weekends and you want to hang on them constantly but they all of sudden your stripped away from basically any touch and connection to friends irl but you just wanna lay with them desperately

How to Make Your Room Little

First off and foremost, this doesn’t go for everyone! Being little could also feel like hanging up band posters, painting a room grey, or only having a two stuffies. That been having said, I wrote what applies to me in hopes that other people relate too.

✨fairy lights!

✨fuzzy blankets + cozy things

✨painting your room your favorite color

✨including subtly “little” things - like adult color books and small stuffies (if you’re worried about people judging)

✨adding colorful rugs, playmats, etc.

✨candles with a childhood or relaxing scent

✨nightlight (pro tip: get an essential oil diffuser that could work as a nightlight and candle)

✨bulletin board of old favorite memories

✨redone, “adult” versions of classics - like Alice in Wonderland - I’ve found these at Barnes and Nobles

✨having things neat and tidy

✨having cutesy clothes or clothes that make you feel little

✨anything sparkly - especially the trend with the sequins that change color when you play with them

✨having crafts, letters, etc. that your caregiver wrote with you or things you’ve done together on display

✨anything else that makes you feel like the cutie you are!! :)

🌸 Baby talking me. (Ex: Can I come cuddle princess? You’ve been so good today babygirl. You’re the cutest baby in the whole wide world. You’re too small to do that kitten let me get it for you.)

🌸 Helping me do small tasks. (Ex: Buckling me in. Filling up my sippy/bottle so I don’t make a mess. Drawing me a bath.)

🌸 Putting on my favorite nightgown and fuzzy socks.

🌸 Watching my favorite tv shows/movies. (I’ve been really into The Powerpuff Girls and Adventure Time recently.)
