Who was the BEST partner you've had?

Based on skill, my best might be a dance partner I had several years ago, Princess Plum. While her talent was not quite on par with mine, she still knew what she was doing, and I think anyone can grow to be a good dancer, talent or otherwise.

But best in a different sense… A dancer who was incredibly amateurish, and not even a princess, Sabrina… She would have to be the best in improving my mood. Dancing with Sabrina always made me very happy, for some reason…

What I wouldn’t give to dance with her again.

Playing Princess Debut

So picked up Princess Debut, which is a ballroom dancing based rhythm game/dating sim, after not playing it for a while and I started on Klaus. Now for some reason whenever I play Princess Debut, I start with Liam, and then I just abandon him. When I 1st played, I abandoned him for Luciano and the 2nd time, I abandoned him for Kiefer. About halfway through the game, no matter whether or not you have a partner already Klaus will come to you and ask to practice dancing. Not wanting to be rude I say yes and Liam watches from the sidelines as I do my best dance, Carmen, the paso doblé number. And Liam is just sitting there as I’m dancing with Klaus, doing my best number. And before I danced with Klaus his love was at about 80-85%, once the song ends, he’s at 100%. Later on Klaus mistakes me for his childhood friend/crush and I don’t deny it (the reason is because I switched places with a princess who’s actually his friend/crush and no one can know), so Klaus says it’s fate that we met again and I’m just like “sure, okay I’m your partner now”. Now playing through Klaus’ route he has a dance partner before he pairs up with you named Cynthia. They split up before he shows any interest in me so I didn’t break them up or anything. She sees me dancing with Klaus and says that I’m a better partner than she is, so we’re cool. What I did not know ahead of time, was that 4 in game days before the final day, Cynthia finds a new dance partner. That partner is Liam. It just seems so awkward??? My ex-partner and Klaus’ ex-partner are literally like “When we’re dancing together it’s almost like we have one mind.” I guess I hope they’re happy together? I don’t know… Is 2nd hand awkwardness a thing because if it is I have it.

Its an old game where you switch places with this princess from an alternate world because she cant dance! òwó

I really like 3 princes, Vince, Klaus and Luciano XD But i drew Vince because he’s so funny. Made me sad because i had to turn him down like 3 times to get Luciano’s ending QAQ

Oh man, I love Princess Debut. I love it so much that I’m making a fanime about it. I love how some of the voice acting cast are also fans of the game.

In fact, I love how one of my irl friends introduced it to me in the first place. And I love how I roleplayed it at one point in time and wrote probably the first not self-insert fic on ff.net about it and made new friends based on a love for Princess Debut.

What I don’t love is how there is virtually no Princess Debut fandom.

I think about this all the time, especially since if you return back to Earth, Kyle will approach you and say "I feel like I know you really well. I wonder why?" Which makes you wonder how much carries back and forth through the Parallel worlds. Did Princess!Sabrina do something? Or is Sabrina right when she goes "I'm the only one who knows why."

Plus the official art indicates that Sabrina romances Klaus.....and Klaus's route is one of the only routes where Princess!Sabrina doesnt try to sneak into the ball to watch her counterpart...

I like to think that Princess!Sabrina manages to find happiness on Earth?? And therefore decided not to come back? Especially since in routes where she comes back, the King comments on how she's grown to care for others, and in the ending where you choose no partner to go home, she talks about how she'll miss the people she met. But it is pretty creepy.

There are days I totally forget about Tumblr and days like this I live on it (??) BTW I wanted to share this sort of Otome Game, Princess Debut! I loved it very much even if it’s for “kids”. So, you are a student, Sabrina (or you can change the name if you want, but I’ll call her that way) who exchanges her life with Princess Sabrina, the “you” of another world and your purpose is to make one prince fall in love with you. As you can see, there are six princes (my favourite is Cesar <3). However, there’s a thing similar to a creepypasta (?) I don’t know exactly how to explain… So, at the end of the game every prince ask you to marry him. You can choose to do it or not. If you say no, you will return to your world, if you say yes, the entire kingdom will know the “role exchange” between you and the princess. This happens with every prince but Klaus. The “original plot” is actually with him and if you choose to marry him, no one will know that you’re not the real princess. How can it be? If you marry him, Sabrina will say: “When Klaus and I got older, we got married in a beautiful ceremony. The good people of the Republic of Lamor welcomed us very warmly. Klaus is so good to me, I am very happy. But I’ve never told him  that I’m not really from this world… I guess that will have to remain my own little secret…” …Where is the real princess? Sabrina said “My own little secret”, not “A secret between me and the real princess”. Could it be that Sabrina closed the passage between her world and the kingdom? And Kip, the one who made the intermediary between the two worlds, did he say nothing? Also, in the other versions of the story, even if you stay in the kingdom with your prince, the real princess come back. So, if you marry Klaus, why isn’t she coming? What happened? I don’t know why, but I found it a bit creepy…
