Any chance there’s an estimate for Rayinn’s story or any more Oniverse content?

I'm sorry to say I don't really have a solid answer for this. Nicki has completed her outlines and wants to begin writing it, but she is also currently writing another book and really wants to complete that before she begins Rayin's story. So as for an estimate, it could be anywhere from the next few months, to potentially next year, it really depends on how her current project finishes up.

As for my end of content, I was working on a few drawings before I hit a wall and had to take a break because of burnout. I really didn't anticipate it being this long. I want to start drawing again in the near future and start posting again, and that will hopefully be a lot sooner rather than later.

I appreciate you reaching out, it really encourages me to want to get back to making content for the Oniverse knowing that you still care about this story as much as we do!

We are doing well! Again I'm really sorry we've been radio silent for so long, I genuenly didn't mean for that to happen! Life just kept happening and before I knew it it's been almost 8 months!

Nicki is doing really well, she's been trying to work on another novel she's been workshopping for over a year now and that's been taking most of her writing time when she's not at work. She is still planning on writing the Raiyn book and has already shared her outlines with me for it, but it will probably be a while longer before we can start posting it since she hasn't officially been able to start it until she finishes her current project.

As for me, I've been feeling a little burned out when it comes to drawing and my free time has been consumed with TOTK and recently Balders Gate 3 and I'm finding it hard to get back into the habit I'll be honest. But I do have a few drawings I had in the works before I stopped that I want to finish and post!

My mind is now consumed with how the news of Rookdynns marriage gets back to Cole and Keyda. Does someone rat them out? Does Theo accidentally slip “my wife” at the next leadership meeting? Do they leave for the Central fortress to get it over with immediately after the meeting to the South which shows their even leadership placement? So many questions and scenarios running through my mind…. I want to know! LOL!!

You're totally right there are so many possible scenarios, and that's kinda the problem 😅 we have to pick one even tho all of them would be interesting to explore!

I don't know what it will actually end up being, but the general idea that's been in the works for a while is that it might take longer than anyone thinks before Cole and Keyda find out. Theo is gonna procrastinate the hell out of it, and he really does need to be the one to tell them. They don't have any rings or binding marks that would give them away, and while Theo is making sure people understand that Rook is at his side, nothing is official yet in the eyes of the oni.

I hope that tides you over at least a little 😅

I would have to say it's prob in the middle? It's longer than Cole and Lloyd's hair but not quite to shoulder length either? but its def got the same curl to it that Will Turner's hair has haha

Hi! So Alan likes Haiven, do you think it will work out? What would be the differences between Haiven's relationship with Alan and with Theo?

Oooo good question.

Fair warning tho, this is all speculative on my part. This is still a fairly new development and I'm not sure even Nicki really knows where this is gonna go.

I think it has the potential to happen haha

If nothing else Haiven and Alan have a very solid friendship and bond and I dont see that ever really fading. As for their potential dynamic as a couple, I think it would be very different from her relationship with Theo. This might sound backward, but I like that Haiven and Alan have a chance to actually really get to know each other and form a relationship before becoming a couple. Don't get me wrong I love a whirlwind romance, but when it comes to their characters and what they need, I definitely think a more established relationship of trust and understanding is it. With Theo and Haiven it was more love at first sight and infatuation, and it took a while before they could really even have actual conversations. I think they were what each other needed at the time and really helped each other grow, but were never gonna be long-term, especially when their desires for their lives ended up growing in different directions. Alan and Haiven seem to have parallel desires for their lives and I think that also helps their potential as a couple.

I think It will take a while for Haiven to realize she is in love with him (if it happens) and it will absolutely sneak up on her, all the while Alan has just been quietly loving her but never revealing it because he has no expectations of her. We'll have to wait and see tho😏

Theo and Rook have been together a year, and so have Amber and M. After how long do you guys think couples should agree to get married and what factors are significant in making this decision?

I don't think there's like a hard and fast rule for when people should have that conversation and or get hitched.

I do think people should get to know each other first before they get married and have important conversations about life goals and such. I also think people should know how they handle crisis, conflict and stress as a couple before committing like that.

Personally, I think a year knowing someone is like the minimum, but again everyone is different, and their situations are different. Which is something I like about how Nicki handles couples getting married. Everyone is getting married at different times and at different stages of their lives, for varied reasons, which feels fairly realistic to me.

How old will Raiyn be? I love reading about the teen years haha. I especially think it will be super cute if he has a crush on someone haha.

It’s still in the brainstorm stage so this is subject to change, but I think he will still be pretty young around 8 because it will be ten years after the beginning of “Heirs”.
