It'd simply be too cool to comprehend. Also, swords don't tend to fly IRL, and surfing on water is a lot more complicated than just hovering because magic.

Counterpoint, make it way wider, so you could stand on it and essentially surf on the sword. Win-win.

I made another creature! I've decided to call it a "Hooked Charger" It's massive and extremely territorial, which they mark by scratching unique patterns in whatever they percieve to be near their borders. Their claws are strong enough to make deep cuts in rock, and other's armour. If several of them happen to make the same symbol (which almost never happens) they fight to the death, and the winner takes both the symbol and the territory. They don't consider most other creatures on their planets threats, but they will attack any humanoid or robot larger than them without hesitation. The best way to survive is to avoid them, but if you happen to be noticed, try to make yourself seem unthreatening.

So, I tried to make a worldbuilding project one time, but ended up abandoning it pretty fast, but it did result in the creation of a sand crawler, which I decided to redesign to great success. I'm really proud of this drawing tbh.
It's herbivorous, and swims through the sand feeling around with their front two limbs looking for the roots of plants or wet sand to find water.

If I could download frogs, I'd have a lot of frogs, and an immense internet bill.
