TS3: Cerberus — Default Replacement Eyes

Not my usual type of upload, but I felt like trying something new... these are my very first default eyes! 👁️
These will replace the vanilla iris with a new texture based on an unused asset that I extracted from the TS3 game files and then edited.
More info, in-game previews and download under the cut!
Rummaging in the game files files I discovered an unused eye texture and I was surprised by how much more detail and personality it seemed to have over the final. I saw potential in it, so I wanted to take the chance to try and bring it back to life!
I decided to make some edits to the texture to make it stand on its own as a custom eye while still keeping the unused texture's original vibe: I made the multiplier a little bit darker, because otherwise eye colors would always look unnaturally bright, and I shrunk the pupils from EA's typical dilated-looking size to something more realistic.
What you get is a sweet EA-match eye with a little realism sprinkled on top that you can mix and match with any face overlays you may have, and without any drawn-on highlights — I like playing with EA's default eye shader and dynamic catchlights, and it seems like there are very few default replacement eyes that don't have the gloss baked onto the main texture, so I'm glad to add one more to the list!
All in all, I'm pretty happy with this eye, especially given that it's my first time attempting something like this.

Seen in all previews are Simple Life's Face Overlay Fix, potatobuttcheek's EA Eyelashes Default Replacement N1, Judson's Bottom Eyelashes as Default and my own Tiny Eye Shader Tweak.
Compatibility
Conflicts with other default replacement eyes; specifically anything that edits the amFaceEyeColor_o_0xc2b560673f00d806 _IMG resource.
Compatible with face overlays that replace the texture for the sclera, eyelashes and teeth.
Compatible with aWT's eyeball mesh replacement, as well as Buhudain's edits of it. In the case of the latter, both SimEyes and SimSkin versions will work, but I would personally recommend the SimEyes version for the eyes to have catchlights.
Incompatible with Gruesim's default replacement eye mesh. These eyes are based on EA's original UV map, so using them with Gruesim's eye mesh will inevitably generate some visual freakouts.

Place the .package file in your Packages or Overrides folder.

< Requires World Adventures and Supernatural. > Mummies are a very niche occult, but I have a certain nostalgia for them considering they arrived with the very first expansion pack for this game, which I adored.
Sadly, unlike the other more popular occults, they aren't as many mods for mummies, and some that are are broken because they haven't updated for the latest patch.
This simple single line copy-and-paste mod makes our beloved thousand year old corpses walk just slightly faster by using the walking animation used for Zombies. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to toggle tones for occults and sims that cannot run ( for example ghosts and pregnant sims ) so mummies won't be able to both walk and run, just walk.
As a disclaimer, this only affects playable mummies, tomb mummies ( unplayable ones spawned in sarcophagi ) remain unchanged and still use the default sluggish gait.
This mod conflicts with any mod that changes LocomotionConfig.xml , such as Shrimod101's Do The Locomation , or any other mods that change how certain sims walk ( not just ones that alter mummies ).

(1/2) Hey! Since requests are open, I thought i'd give my first shot: this probably will be too difficult to make, but a man can dream. In Sims 2 , ghosts are extremely limited , unlike it's successor game, so can you at least try to make a better ghost life state in sims 2 ? There's one hack that can turn a sim's appearance into that one of a ghost, and there's one hack that prevents actual ghosts from disappearing but none come close to the actual sims 3 system.
(2/2) Perhaps this ghost mod could have some controllers, like your No needs controller, and maybe one that automatically makes a ghost baby if it detects that one of the parents is a ghost/has a ghost token. You could also make use of the new trait system that you converted your fairy , mermaid and genie lifestates to, and if i remember correctly, Sims 3 does have a IsGhost hidden trait, albeit not having a proper icon. Ghost Trait
This is the trait object itself, which is used to identify playable ghosts. Required for all the other mods in this post.
Ghosts Float / Ghosts Don���t Run
This actually not only makes playable ghosts float, but makes them see-through, able to walk through walls, etc. These flags should also allow the ghosts to be recognized as spirits by @jellymeduza‘s scare prank mod. Don’t expect all your ghosts to get these flags as soon as you plop the trait in their inventory, though. People who’ve used “fairies float” or the zombie overlay mod know the drill: save, exit to neighborhood, and reload the lot; wait it out; go to a community lot; force error, or use smonaff’s ghost hack if all else fails.
Also comes with a “ghosts don’t run” mod, since ghost float anims don’t come with a run state which leads to glitchy teleportation when they try; this disables the “run here” interaction and makes ghosts temporarily lose their floating anims when chased by bees.
Since I made similar mods for fairies that will conflict, I also have versions that’ll affect both ghosts and fairies; remove the fairy-only versions and replace them with the combined versions.
Ghost Controller / Better Disabled Motives
This keeps the “physical” needs of playable ghosts (bladder, comfort, hunger, energy, hygiene) at max and makes them not factor into ghosts’ mood. Social and fun are left alone because they’re more mental/emotional needs, which made sense to me for ghosts to still have, and frankly sims with all motives at max all the time are boring.
Like my last controller that disabled motives for a lifestate (zombie controller) it comes with a version of “better disabled motives” that’ll better protect ghosts from situations where their physical needs drop and they’re pushed to fill them autonomously before the ghost controller catches up. There’s also a zombie & ghosts version for those who use both the ghost controller and zombie controller.
Make A Ghost
Being able to turn playable sims into ghosts is nice, but I figured there should be a mod to allow for easily turning nonplayable ghosts into playable ghosts (and cure any residual zombiism, because you probably only need one label to say what your status of (non) living is and people with both the zombie and ghost controllers will find ghost/zombie hybrids more boring to play with due to the lack of needs - feel free to re-zombify with the supernatural transformer if you’d like to try that hybrid anyway). Basically click on the new “make playable ghost” interaction on a tombstone that’s a) not currently tied to a ghost who’s currently on the lot and b) on a liveable lot and the tombstone will quickly be replaced with the sim, who is now a playable ghost and part of the active family. Includes a version that incorporates the full version of CJH’s tombstone upgrade mod; the light version of the tombstone upgrade mod is already compatible with the standard version of “make a ghost”.
