I dont know how to say this other than to just say it: i fucking hate walter. I honestly dont know if i can stomach writing against him. So if you write him, just keep that in mind.

I am not interested in writing or otherwise portraying skyler and his’ relationship/marriage in any positive light, even pre-series. Personally i feel like walt has always been Like That juuuust below the surface but he was just better at hiding it. I think skyler had previously seen hints of it peeking through. I think her original plan was to stick it out until Flynn graduated and had a steady life path going before leaving him—but then she became pregnant again.

Now idk w h y a character cant just get an abortion if its this life altering of a problem, and i think that speaks more to societal perception and puritan false morality, but she didnt so i am deciding that that’s just not something she wanted for herself. And tbh i have no trouble believing that walt guilted her into keeping it. I think maybe she wouldve taken off with the baby at some point anyway but idk
