I like that headcanons ppl on tumblr throw around about Flare getting HRT via helminth actually are pretty realistic and uhh pretty much not merely *head*canons, I mean, if you look at their fully infested form they indeed have gained boobs.

Like, at first it looks like it's just the collar of their jacket that got more fused with the flesh, but at certain angles you can notice the shape of their flesh that got fused with it is... Well, more boob-shaped than not. And I mean the uhh base shape, not the final spiky fused form, obviously.

So yay, getting infested is an affordable option for transition! Ask your local time-traveling fake doctor if he has some helminth samples to share.
