this was just a doodle page of wheatley + his pet, an opinicus named harvey ((harvey was designed by my friend kris, thank you kris:3))

fun fact for world building: wheatley being a living scarecrow is not the only instance of a living inanimate object, early versions of harvey looked much more like a jackolantern because he was a living pumpkin, theres also birds whos feathers feel much more like leather or fabric. neat things:3

something i do want to note is that i have no hope of posting this story in chronological order due to the fact that its still not quite done. despite the fact that ive been working on this for most if 2-3 years i dont have many concrete events placed and the timeline is still a malleable sludge that i need to sort, so if you see posts about early events followed by near end of story lore do not be surprised lol

i do intend to give some clue as to where these events will take place, me and my friends have made a system of separating chunks of the story into what im calling arcs. arc 0 being backstory, arc 1 being the beginning until arc 7 which would be the end. none of these arcs have a solid timeframe and are mostly based on the themes of what’s happening in that arc.

i plan to make more text posts about the universe lore and other characters but i am slow so youll have to give me a moment, thank you, peace

lezlie and steve met in highschool, they were both on the football team, lezlie introduced him to leonard and since then theyve been best friends.

leonard was a shut in and a huge nerd during highschool, huge dorky glasses and in all gifted classes. on nights he shouldve been studying steve and lezlie would bring leon to their football games. every time by the end of the game steve and lezlie would drag leon into a hug raving about how fun it was. they were a team… always will be.

hello viewpoint patrons welcome to the official proxy story blog, whether this be something i keep up with regularly or a fad ill give up on in a day or two, i welcome all who care to engage in this story

let me give a rundown, hello i’m malcom, the creator, artist and main writer for the majority of proximity, a story crafted by me and several friends over the course of the past 2 and a half years, i do hope to give a story rundown at some point plus things like which of my friends made certain characters and character bios to catch you up to speed with the lore i have been working on, in this post i’m also going to be giving trigger warnings and some basic interaction rules ((thank you to one of my friends, midas, for offering his assistance, i would be completely lost without him.))

this story and blog will include the following, trigger warnings for: death, drugs/addictions, depictions of mental/physical illnesses, self harm, and abuse

absolutely under no circumstances will nsfw or suggestive content/jokes about these characters be accepted unless made by me or the owner of the character.
