इस बार धर्मेंद्र प्रधान केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री ने 3 से 8 साल के बच्चों के लिए नई दिल्ली में नया राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यक्रम ढांचा (एनसीएफ) बनाया है। साथ ही इस ढांचे {NCF} को लांच किया है, ऐसा ढांचा NCF} देश में पहली बार आएगा जो कि छोटे बच्चों के लिए पहला एकीकृत पाठ्यक्रम होगा।
धर्मेंद्र प्रधान केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री ने तीन से छह साल की उम्र के बच्चों के लिए खिलौनों पर आधारित खेल-खेल में शिक्षा कहानियो और शिक्षण की पारंपरिक अवधारणाओ नेतिक जागरूकता भारतीय नायको की कहानियो आदि को मुलभुत पाठयक्रम में सम्मलित किया है, जो देश में नए बच्चों के लिए इस प्रकार का प्रथम पाठ्यक्रम है। हमारी नयी पीढ़ी को पाठ्य पुस्तकों की रूढ़ी वादिओ से बचना चाहिए एवं जीवन में व्यावहारिक ज्ञान, सही शिक्षा प्रणाली को अपनाना चाहिए । केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मंद्र प्रधान जी ने कहा की NCF के चार चरण होगे -

What is uniform civil code?
The uniform civil code (UCC) in India proposes to replace the personal laws based on the scriptures and customs of each major religious community in the country with a common set governing every citizen.
The practices it includes are the uniformity in-laws of marriage, divorce, succession, adoption, guardianship, and partition of land and assets to all citizen without any discrimination. The other aspect of proposing UCC is to protect the rights of women of different religions in India.
The constitution has a provision for Uniform Civil Code in Article 44 as a Directive Principle of State Policy which states that “The State shall endeavor to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India.”

क्या आप जानते हैं कि भगवान - जिस पर कुछ लोग विश्वास करते हे और कुछ नहीं, वह क्या है । मैंने बहुत बार कई लोगों को या फिर स्वयं अपने दोस्तों को यह कहते हुए सुना है कि वे भगवान को नहीं मानते और ऐसी किसी भी धार्मिक चीज पर विश्वास नहीं करते। तो ऐसे सभी लोग जिन्हें ��श्वर पर विश्वास नहीं है, उनसे मेरा एक प्रश्न है कि क्या वे जानते है। कि 'ईश्वर' वास्तव में किसे कहते हैं ओ वह क्या है? शायद उनके लिए भगवान का अर्थ केवल वे मूर्तियाँ व पत्थर ही हैं जिनको मंदिरों में पूजा जाता है। बस फर्क इतना है कि वे इस पर विश्वास नहीं करते और कुछ करते हैं। वास्तविकता तो यह है कि इन लोगों को ज्ञात नहीं है कि सही अर्थों में ईश्वर क्या है और क्या है उसका वजूद।
