Increased urbanisation has enhanced the odds of tiger - human conflicts which have consistently been on the rise with dastardly repercussions for the tigers left in the lurch. We need to develop sustainable tiger habitats and corridors to ensure the safe passage of these prized mammals from one protected area to another.
