SHIV PUJA
'Maha Shivaratri' is one of the most important festivals of Hindus. This festival celebrating the marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati infuses the spirit of devotion and dedication among the Hindus.
In popular Hinduism, Shiva is often represented as a destructive aspect of Brahman and entitled 'The Destroyer.' This is merely one attribute, as there are many different groups and sects who hold Shiva.
In this picture, children are representing the joy and love for celebrating the lord Shiva by “Shiva Pooja”. Shiva balances thenature by acting as a god of destruction. Duringthe samundra manthan, shiva gulped the poison and all the god performed dance and sang hymns to keep him awake.

Janmasthami is a grand festival celebrated all over India to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna, who is believed to be the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
Janmashtami is the day Bal Krishna is worshipped or Krishna in his infant form is worshipped. A naughty baby who would exasperate his mother no end, Krishna has been a charmer since childhood and known to win the hearts of everyone he meets.

The Earth Day was founded by United States Senator Gaylord Nelson as an environmental teach-in first held on April 22, 1970.
It is really good that people support it. This day has the following benefits:
1. Educate people about the awareness of Earth protection.
2. It put sense into people that what are they doing to their planet and destroying it.
3. Life value is understood by the people and they know the importance of saving the earth.
4. Conservation of the endangered species. In this way, the food web is not destroyed.

MODERN V/S OLD EDUCATION IN INDIA
“ERA OF VAST TECHNOLOGY CHANGES EDUCATION & CHILDREN”
Indian education system is quite different from that of the foreign nations. The curriculum in the western countries is known to be quite light and based on practical knowledge whereas in India the focus is on theoretical knowledge and acquiring marks by learning their concepts without any practical knowledge and bring marks by hook or crook.
The old ways to gather knowledge is by professional teaching without any extra work or can say hard work. In old times the guru taught everything the child wanted to learn, from Sanskrit to the holy scriptures and from Mathematics to Metaphysics. All learning was closely linked to nature and to life, and not confined to memorizing some information.
Now we can shut down our teachers and class room if we are not understanding the topic or we are not in a mode to study. We can put our teacher on repeat mode can make them stand still or speak fast or slow as our teachers now are google, wikipedia, you tube and computers, laptop our classrooms.
