rewatching the benizakura fight (movie ver) and realizing you can actually track every weapon gintoki uses. smiles

obviously first he starts with this sword that he steals

then he kills this guy with daggers and although it doesn't actually show if he takes one of those specifically he does come back onscreen almost immediately with a dagger in his mouth

and this is a bit hard to see but this is also when he loses the first sword

then he uses the dagger to kill someone else and takes their naginata

and then zura actually breaks his sword while 3 guys try to jump at him and gintoki uses the naginata to kill one of them while taking swords from the others and throwing one down for zura (which they then use for the rest of the fight)

rewatched one of the yagyuu arc eps and instantly got reminded how we gotta make hijikata drink his respect women juice 🥹 he's so stupid when it comes to gender + women

imagine living in a one-bedroom apartment with your f/o! sharing a bed with them, bumping into each other in the kitchen to get what you need, one of you passing out on the couch waiting for the other to return. it's all part of the experience! why argue who gets to use all the hot water first when you can shower together and wash each other's hair? can't decide on a movie? well. too bad. a race to see who gets the remote first? good luck with that. don't even get started on who gets to hog all the blankets! but being able to wake up first thing in the morning to their snoring face as the sun hits them… definitely worth it when you both fight over the last bit of milk.
