Robotnik, who actually has to attend meetings(🥲): "Stone, remind me- when didnwe get married again?"

Stone, who's barely talked to his colleagues or left the lab during hours since he was assigned to Ivo: "We didn't? Why do you ask??"

Robotnik: "... Weirdest example of the mandela effect?"

Robotnik, internally: "How did they gaslight me this bad???🥲"

Or the alternative answer-

Stone: "October 26th - 2017, Doctor."

Robotnik: "And why did we get married??"

Stone, confused why he's being questiones about this: "For the tax benefits??"

Headcanon that some of the bigwigs start calling Robotnik, Stone's husband, like "Did you hear what Stone's husband did this time?" And so on.

Only they do it so often that everyone at Gun starts to think Stone and Robotnik are actually married. Even Robotnik.

Out of curiosity, could you combine all of your stobotnik AUs? And if so, what sort of wacky timeline would you get?

... So the initial issue is the Hanahaki AU. It's precanon and it sort of needs a romantic resolution for Stone to, you know, survive. But most of the other AUs only work if that romantic resolution hasn't happened. So we would have to change some things there. I propose Hanahaki is debilitating but not lethal, and so Stone doesn't feel the need to tell Robotnik about it.

Then we have the early Pebble and Egg AU, which is basically the regular Pebble and Egg AU but, you know, earlier. Precanon again. Little Egg kisses Pebble and everyone is very confused by this.

I think this doesn't necessarily contradict the later Pebble and Egg universe. They got married so late because Pebble needed to accept Egg loves him, and that's okay. They were with the big ones during all of canon in this timeline.

Now, Eggman is Time Traveling, this is a godsend. This will make everything make sense. After the events of the third movie, Stone created a time machine, but before he could use it to get the Doctor back... The Doctor came back (here we would have the Shadow comics, which means villain Stone) and started using the machine for fun. That's when they meet their past selves (which I guess, in this mess of a universe, are versions of them that have not yet gone through the Hanahaki thing, nor created Pebble and Egg)

You following so far? That's fine, I'm equally as lost.

Bored with time travel, Eggman creates interdimensional travel. Here they meet the Classics (ha) and, although this might be cheating, Mobian Ivo.

Now, Mobian Ivo inspires the Doctor to create the machine that makes them look like Mobians to infiltrate The Team, and as result we get Mobian Stone.

Trying to get Stone back to normal, Robotnik turns himself into a little sheep for a while, and then he finally gets it right and they're both human and everything is perfect!

And then he turns into a cat.

I can't say how Stone turns into a cat because that would be a spoiler, but you'll see.

Is... Is that everything?
