I've made some more solarcards, but this time they're different to the previous ones I've made because they're templates for completely new classes of solarcards.
Note: the second version of the brown dwarf card is for rogue brown dwarves.
I don't think I'm going to make any filled black hole or brown dwarf cards, but the rogue ones I might make are different versions of existing cards.
Feel free to use these if you want to make a black hole, brown dwarf or rogue planet solarcard, but you must credit me for the template and leave my watermark/signature in.

Today is Father's Day here in the UK, so I drew this for the occasion.
Little head-canon but the first notepad was completely filled from the names of the 146 older Saturnian moons, so Saturn attached a second notepad onto the first one when he got his 128 newest ones as a makeshift extension.

The planets are done with the sun's and (most of) the moons' sh*t and are finally revolting back.
Note: I know that Luna is a moon and not a planet, but he's vital to the earth (plus he's not on the planets' hit-list)

Titan's guilt (+ no dialogue version)
I read this fanfic by @toonjazzy last night and got the idea to make this. The dialogue in this isn't in the fanfic, so it's not really a spoiler.
Here's a link to @toonjazzy's fanfic:

I kinda hate myself for letting these ideas get into my mind because I wanted to be finished with making Solarcards but I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't leave me alone until I do it, so I did.
I felt that Metis deserved to get a Solarcard given her role in the race against Planet X and her current role as a speedy scout for the Moon Club.
As for making a Solarcard for Pan, you may not like my reason and it's lengthy but I previously spoke of a 'What if' scenario of the Planet X arc where Saturn was banished instead of Jupiter and having it set when the 128 newest Saturnian moons where discovered for extra angst.
Well, in my 'What if' scenario, I also have it so that after the group of moons get some information from Saturn to get an idea of what's causing the instability with X in Saturn's place (And like Jupiter in the canon arc, Saturn believes that they're hallucinations and eventually blasts off deeper into the void beyond the Kuiper Belt after Rhea and Tethys try to protest that their 128 youngest siblings are miserable without him and that he was improving when the two of them couldn't bare hearing Saturn verbally tear himself apart anymore).
The 128 youngest moons had a better start with Saturn than the older 146 ones because they were discovered after Saturn started finally treating his moons more equally, so they didn't have the neglectful Saturn like their 146 older siblings did. They and Saturn were bonding and imprinting on each other and Saturn attached a second notepad to the coil binding of the original one he used to write their names down in because the pages of the first one were all filled up for the 146 older ones, and the second notepad for the names of the 128 youngest moons is incomplete because Planet X returned while Saturn and his 128 youngest moons were getting to know each other, so the interruption of their bonding with Saturn is why they're miserable without him and his banishment is why he wasn't able to complete the list of the 128 newest moons' names as he wasn't able to learn all of them by then. And Saturn tosses the fused notepads in their direction (but he still believed that they were hallucinations) in the middle of answering their questions and one of them catches it, allowing the Saturnian moons that were present (the 7 major moons and Hyperion) to finally see for themselves the effort that Saturn was putting in to remember their names to prove his love.
I think this next part is what people probably won't like this 'What if' but the challenges against X didn't start immediately after the moons brought the information from Saturn to the rest of solar system because the Sun was still conflicted and feeling betrayed by the two gas giants, and X saw the 8 Saturnian moons as a threat to his place back in the solar system, and the 128 youngest moons rejected him because he clearly had no love for them or their siblings, so when no one (except Jupiter) was looking, X started pulling the Saturnian towards himself with his gravity to try and destroy them with his Roche Limit. However, Saturn gets a bad feeling in his core about his moons and could tell that this feeling was real so he rushes back to the solar system in time to see X pulling his moons towards his Roche Limit. But Saturn manages to ambush X and throw him away before he could kill any of them and Saturn quickly scoops up all 274 of his moons and manages to run back out of the solar system before anyone besides X and Jupiter could notice that he violated his banishment and took his moons back.
After an emotional moment where Saturn sees that he finally did something right for his moons by saving them and relieved that he saved all 274 of them (the 7 major ones helped speed up the head count to check that all of them were there), the 128 youngest moons cuddle up to Saturn and fall asleep, happy to have their original planet back, and the 7 major moons tell Saturn that he should sleep too, as he's done enough by then to prove his love, so Saturn also goes to sleep with his 128 youngest nestled around him. Meanwhile, the 146 older moons discuss that they needed to know what's happening in the solar system but knew that it's too risky for all of them to go back, so they choose Pan to be a spy for them since he's one of the fastest moons of Saturn, which Pan accepts.
I don't quite know how the rest of this could go, but this idea of Pan's role stuck with me, and someone said that a moon called S1/2009 S1 is the actual fastest Saturnian moon, and when I check online the results were conflicting so I had to change the trivia text of Pan's card to accommodate for several different possibilities.
So that, along with his vague resemblance to Saturn, is why I made a Solarcard for Pan as well, even if he hasn't made a full appearance in the show.

I was curious what this heart-meltingly cute GIF of Saturn hugging Cassini would look like in Solarballs and the curiosity was killing me so I drew a frame of it (Note: I'm not making a GIF, and because it's based off someone else's work I didn't put my watermark on it. Plus I updated the Saturn asset to be more accurate, though I updated it again after making this and will use that one from now on)
Here's the GIF, I don't know who made it:
[I'm not sure if this is the original site the GIF comes from but I'll put the link here regardless: https://media3.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExMXAzYW01bWsyNXlubzM4eGEyOW8wenc3cjBnaXVxcHlmZjAweDU4MSZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw/3o7aCZGr2OzJJXcT2U/giphy.gif]

The last of the solarcards I'm making.
I remember when I was being taught about the solar system in school Pluto was included and deemed a planet, and I didn't find out about its demotion until years after the actual demotion, and nearly a decade after that did I find out why.
I'm actually not mad about its demotion to dwarf planet, but given that Pluto is my second favourite celestial body in our solar system (Saturn is first), I still wanted to give Pluto a little justice and make a god variant solarcard for it so that the whole original 9 have a god solarcard.
I came up with the idea to make this solarcard some time after I started making the Saturn Moon King one, and then later that same day I came up with the idea to make a solarcard for Chrysalis.
And so with Pluto also having a god solarcard, the OG 9 planets can be reunited and I have all 3 of my solarcards finished! :D
[Saturn Moon King) solarcard]
[Chrysalis solarcard]
#solarballs#solarballs fanart#solarballs solarcards#solarcards#solarballs pluto#pluto#astronomy#mythology#roman mythology#Don't worry I shared all 3 of these on the fanmade solarcards thread on the discord server when I finished each of them :)

Some things I wanted to say about the newest episode (Saturn focused BC he's my favourite)
^ Basically Jupiter and Saturn's 'It worked!' moment
With Saturn telling the ice giants to stay in their orbits to avoid their gravities risking the rocky planets, could this be confirmation that Saturn also took part in ensuring that the new rocky planets survive (though not as much as Jupiter is because Saturn’s further away and his gravity is weaker than Jupiter’s, but it’s still something) to atone for his part in the grand tack and accidental ejection of Planet X?
I have in my head a ‘what if?’ Of the Planet X arc but Saturn gets banished from the solar system instead of Jupiter (since someone convinced the sun to allow Jupiter to stay because he’s essential in keeping the asteroid belt stable, but the sun decreed that Jupiter was not allowed to leave his orbit for any reason and that he wasn’t allowed to talk to anyone except his moons, the sun and Planet X as punishment (and Planet X gets Saturn’s orbit and moons but it’s set to when the 128 newest Saturnian moons were recently discovered for extra angst)).
And like the OG arc, problems arise with Planet X in Saturn’s place and some moons go looking for Saturn (with Neptune’s help) and Saturn confesses that he and Jupiter both were trying to atone for their mistakes and laments that (this next bit is from a theory I’ve read) they were so focused on atoning for their past actions that they wound up neglecting their moons and says that the moon revolution bombarding Mars and Venus and trying to wipe out all life on Earth was a bad joke about how it’s his focus on protecting the rocky planets that lead to them being attacked (which makes the moons present feel pretty rotten for what they did, especially Titan).
So I’m happy if it’s canon that Saturn truly also was protecting the new rocky planets as best he could, even if Jupiter did it more efficiently.
And when Planet X came back and exposed Jupiter about ejecting him, I think Saturn was trying to explain that Jupiter warned him about potentially destroying the new rocky planets when he tried to get closer to tell the sun and that Jupiter pulled him back to stop it when Planet X didn’t seem phased about the danger of destroying the new rocky planets, but Jupiter didn’t let Saturn tell them about that.

Drawings for the 8 year anniversary for Little Nightmares 1, the last one being an important message for people who follow me for my LN stuff.
Also my first time drawing Six (as a child) wearing a kimono. Just like how you can't ruin Megalovainia, I'm sure you can't make Six not absolutely slay in a kimono.
(I haven't fully thought out Dr. Voltenski's design (he's my own character) so only his hands are visible in the third drawing. He's a multiversal therapist who can shape-shift to make his patients as comfortable as possible.)
Also, I'm in the process of making a LN comic dub, but I don't know when it'll be done.

First, someone on the Solarballs subreddit helped me get a clear image of the 'limited' rarity, though I don't know how to remove the serifs on the 'i's without screwing up the rest of the text.
Second, of the 3 solarcards I've made, this one is actually the first one I came up with, the Pluto God one came second, and the Chrysalis card was the last. So they've been created out of order of when I got the idea of making them.
And lastly, this card is to celebrate the discovery of the 128 new moons of Saturn from last month.
[Chrysalis solarcard]
[Pluto (God) solarcard]
(PS, I increased the rarity of the Chrysalis card to match Theia and Planet X's cards, as was suggested by someone on fandom, I couldn't update the card on other places I posted it without making a second post with it (and possibly deleting the original which already has a nice amount of attention))

I came up with an idea to create a solarcard celebrate the newly discovered 128 Saturnian moons and was almost halfway through creating it, then I came up with the idea to make a god solarcard for Pluto, and that same day I came up the idea of this solarcard. I started making this one the next day and wasn't expecting to finish it that same day but I somehow managed to, so I posted it here immediately instead of delaying it.
From what I found online Chrysalis' size and mass was similar to Iapetus' and its temperature was similar to Enceladus', so I used the radius and temperatures on their respective solarcards.
I added 3 subtle details to it (someone who I'm on friendly terms with (in a different fandom) knows me for my attention to detail). Can you spot any of them? ;)
[Saturn (Moon King) solarcard]
[Pluto (God) solarcard]
Edit: Increased the rarity to match Planet X and Theia, who are also hypothetical celestial bodies, as was suggested by someone on fandom.

This idea has been in my head ever since learning this fact about Saturn, now I've made it real.
I've seen a couple of other instances on Pinterest where Saturn's rings were a floaty instead, one being a drawing of the Solarballs characters at the beach, and the other being here: https://uk.pinterest.com/pin/955818720915205670/

I've been wanting to make this meme for a while and Solarballs finally gave me a good picture of Saturn to use for it (though I wish his reunion with Jupiter wasn't as short as it was).
This is probably trivial but I'm so happy that my favourite planet (both in the series and in real life) reclaims his/its title of 'Lord of the Rings' (and Saturn crying tears of joy melts my heart).
Here are the videos in the upper half of this image (to contribute to stopping the spread of misinformation about J1407b):
