I have decided to begin a blog for my own purposes after having being diagnosed superficial spreading malignant melanoma this week, in the hopes that it will help me strengthen my coping mechanisms. This will be my place for ranting when I am scared.

Day 1
I was dianosed with cancer this week and for some reason I thought it would help me to start a blog.. I have no idea why but it is done.
These next few weeks will be hell because I have no idea of the extent to which I will have to be treated and what will need to be done to me. What I do know is that I have to have another massive chunk of my skin removed from my shoulder. For now I have to play the dreaded waiting game.
