This is the latest from the Italian shop @imbarcadero14venice, also known as IMB14. Called ‘Hidden,’ it’s based on a 1994 Ducati 600SS—and it’s a refreshingly original vision. Builder Maurizio Carraro put over 300 hours of design, fabrication and assembly into this, and it shows. We love the offbeat styling, and that makes it one of our Bikes Of The Week. It’s something we’ve been working on for a while now here at Pyramid Plastics. It started out with our Triumph Explorer 1200 Spray Guard, made with a vacuum form moulding and tubular aluminium which has sold well. Then we started working on something purely in fibreglass for the Yamaha MT-07, this proved to be a challenge but it turned out well in the end. Now something we’ve been working on recently, the MT-09 Spray Guard with a fibreglass Guard and aluminium bracket. This is the one we are most pleased with and can’t wait to get it on the market in the next couple of days. Exciting stuff!
