     Han carefully listened to what Billie had to say– Though he couldn’t help but wonder… How? How does one mistake salt for sugar? How does someone mess that badly? Well, not everyone was as knowledgeable as he was, especially when it came to food, after all.

     “There is no need to apologize, Child, it’s quite alright. People make mistakes. Would you like to redo them? I could help you this time, if you’d like.”

❝uhm, yes sir. you didn’t eat one, did you? i had two before i noticed. my throat was so dry!❞

billie fiddled with her hands and took a deep breath. she didn’t make eye contact with him, her body language stiff and uneasy. she hated being the bearer of bad news.

     “….” Han couldn’t help but feel confused when the girl approached him. It wasn’t often a student came up to Han, even if they merely needed assistance with something. Perhaps with was yet another prank on him. Nevertheless, Han would be patient with his students, and try not to assume the worst.

     “Can I help you, Miss Dawn…?”

❝uhm, actually, yes..❞

she said, her voice shaky. billie loved being in mr. xiaolian’s class - she wasn’t the best cook in the world, but just being in his class (not to mention how helpful he was with her!) was helping her get better. so she definitely didn’t want to mess it up..

❝don’t... eat the cookies i made. i mixed up the sugar and salt. it’s so bad, mr. xiaolian! i’m so sorry!❞

billie questioned for a second if she’d be able to pick the other up. if she couldn’t, maybe she could call zeke or chris to come help her? her brows furrow with worry.

Ushio widened his eyes, for a second he thought that it was the woman who he had just taken a picture off and maybe he would get into trouble… but, gladly it wasn’t that woman. He then sat down as he finished his bread and stared at the girl with a smile.

“Oh, I… I was just playing around on the tree, but, I forgot that I’m a little heavier compared to when I was a kiddo… So, the branch broke and I fell on the ground. Of course, thanks to that I twisted my ankle.”

Of course it was a little lie, but he can’t go around saying that he was taking pictures for his mother to make gossips on the journals, now, could he? He stared at his ankle and saw that it was really red and would probably be good if he placed some ice on it… but, where is he going to find ice?

billie had been out catching pokemon - how lame, bills - when she heard a loud crash nearby. she jumped, and nearly dropped her phone, before quickly whipping around and gasped softly when she saw the person laying on the ground. 

she pocketed her cellphone, and rushed over to his side. 

  ❝oh, goodness, are you alright?❞

the 'idol' said, her eyes wide with worry. 

❝what happened?❞

her hands hovered over him, as she was unsure what she should do.

The black-haired had a bread on his mouth as he focused the camera of his cellphone on his target, he needed that one for his journal and he wasn’t gonna miss that for nothing. Even though he was hanging upside down on the tree, the bread was almost falling from his mouth and yet he refused to move unless the picture was taken.

“Almost there… almooost…. Ah, I got it!”

He cheered quietly, however, he heard a sudden ‘crack’ coming from the tree and before he could even react… Ushio fell from tree hard on the ground. He cursed, still laying on the ground and he finally started to eat his bread and checked if he didn’t break the cellphone on accident.

“Phew… It’s safe. But….. I twisted my ankle…. I’ll……. lay here for a while.”

He muttered with a nervous smile, how lame.
