Life is full of different events some we can control and some we cannot...we should try to make the best of the events which we consider to be the worst possible ones that are out of our control..and change what we can ....our mindset and our behaviours...but we need to be able to understand the difference between both events...

Fake it till you are actually happy and confident....many of us deal with confidence issues which pull us down and make us feel low..then is the time we must act happy and confident ......and we will feel better...because negative energies attract more negative energies and positive attracts positive...

However at the same time if we need to talk to somebody we should confidently do so as that will also help us feel better.

Many of us humans put ourselves into boxes...which we find difficult to get out of....we are scared of what will happen if we are not who others want us to be...we just need to look for a way out and we will. I myself had been living in a box for the longest time but I was introduced to an amazing system which changed my life and showed me a way to do something different and find a way to step out of the box... When was the last time you did something for yourself…what you wanted to do… We get so lost in pleasing others and doing things for others that we tend to forget to do something that will make us happy… If your not doing anything now… Think of what your hobbies are…. When was the last time you spent doing an activity related to your hobby or that energised you? Try to fit what you love doing in your day.. When people praise you.....believe what they are saying....many of us can praise others and see the good in others more easily than we can see in ourselves...when someone praises us we don't believe it but at the same time look to others for praise/recognition..
