so I've basically reached artist nirvana. These past few days I've spent doing nothing but artfight and it has been so validating. Not only have I improved a lot with a very visible curve upwards but I also learned that people will appreciate my art even when it isn't the best and when I'm stuck on traditional with non-exact colors. I also learned that what's probably my greatest strength when it comes to art seems to be capturing a character's personality. Also I got really good at fur and hair curls. To really get a sense of how much I did, here's the sketchlist where I predrew every single character I drew beforehand to get a sense for what they look like, how I would draw them, what colors would be best once I did the final drawing, and to figure out what situation I would draw them in (except for the spider, I gave up because he came out too scuffed and complicated, sorry):
