Fun little headcanons I have about Icarus now that they’re back:

-They hear the irl world’s cars in the back of their head /hj

-His eyes aren’t used to the dimness of the fable world compared to the world port, so certain places in the world like the rural end or night in the overworld or parts of Elysium are pretty hard for them to see in

-They can faintly see auras around people in fable, but they’re not really accurate to realms like how Rae sees them, they’re just gold and kinda there

-Their eyes naturally became a darker yellow and their hair lightened a little (dirty blonde-ish) bc they’re spending more time in the natural sun

-Ick’s more open to going to the End now

-He’s got a little flock growing of everyone’s kids as they meet them. They take them on little group flights sometimes

-They got everyone to draw a different world port beam on their arm and kinda just gave whoever free rein to draw them

-The tips of their wings glow sometimes and they don’t really need as many rockets to fly with them compared to before

-I feel like Bruin probably eventually gave Ick natural wings

That’s about it for now okie yeah

Idk about you guys, but I feel like Icarus looks a little less like Fable now. Even with the grey streaks and going back to having both yellow eyes and all of that. I still think they look less similar now vs the finale and I think it’s neat

I fear that Asri is rubbing off on me (I’ve only watched Sherb’s Starbound POV so far) so now every time I see Evren and Vesper it’s just “oh look it’s dumb and dumber /aff”

I have so much to say about the chronicles of wonder finale.

With the alternate timeline, it almost feels as if Ick pulled a Midas. I wonder if Ick saw their world as gone because no one was meant to remember them, so somewhere in their mind they thought that they shouldn’t go home. So they made an alternate time within their mind palace as if they were making a new world. And in that AU, they kinda just threw out the first thing they thought of for the people in their lives, which happened to be a twisted and very wrong world because it happened inside their mind and with that the world had access to their fears, their worse case scenarios, and their broken images of their family because they’re going back to a world where they’re not meant to remember leaving despite how big of a deal them leaving was in that world. So there’s a chance they still believed that no one forgave them for helping Fable

Something about Bound that I find so neat is all the accents involved. The jump from Fable to Bound and that being the only SMPs I’ve managed to keep up with, all the accent just give me a small boost of interest in just the world building of everything. I have a strange appreciation for accents in fictional media

Trust here in 3 weeks when I have a weekend available I’m locking in and watching all of Starbound SMP because I’m so behind and haven’t had any free time but I HAVE to cosplay Asrickus bc my hair’s too long to cosplay any other Sherbversion

Did I finish Skybound SMP? No. Have I started Starbound SMP? Also no. I haven’t super kept up with any SMPs since Fable finished honestly

But from what I’m seeing? Maybe Starbound is going to drag me in actually shit seems wild over here

And then the Asrickus design dropped and I was no longer upset about my grown out hair. It needs to grow faster in fact. I need to cosplay the dude.
