To celebrate Pride 2025, Thai Fan Fests welcomes you to our next event: Thai X PRIDE! For this event, we encourage writers, artists, and fans to create fanworks of their favorite Thai media and fandom while learning about queer history in Thailand and how pride celebrations vary throughout the country! 

Schedule:

June 1st: Event launch. Schedule. guidelines, prompts go live.

June 2nd to June 22nd: Resources, educational content, and media on Pride celebrations in Thailand will be posted. Participants begin working on their fics/art/etc.

June 23rd to June 30th: Submissions period. Submissions will be shared by moderators across various platforms.

How to Participate:

Create fanworks centered around celebrating Pride in Thailand!

Tag it with #ThaixPRIDE2025 or mention us, and we will reblog your work.

Learn about the significance of Thai queer history and culture.

Guidelines/FAQ:

We will accept all transformative works centered around pride celebrations (fanfic, art, video/photo edits, digital media, GIFsets, podfic, etc.)

All Thai fandoms are welcomed to participate.

Works can be on any platform (we are active on Tumblr, Twitter, and Ao3.)

NSFW and RPF works are accepted.

All prompts are optional.

QL Fic Rec Fest Week 11: WIP

This week's theme is to rec a WIP. I'm gonna give you two.

First up is Blood Upon the Snow by Black_Ranger

This is THEE definitive Nanny-Bodyguard Pete fic, and Black_Ranger relatively recently came back and updated after a long time away. It lives rent free in my head. The dynamics between Pete and Vegas are so good. The actual plot re: why Vegas needs for Venice to have an UNDERCOVER bodyguard is very interesting.

Second up is COMPLETELY different vibes. Chart Topper by gayzuko (@kinnbig)

Just pure hilarity from the very concept. Porsche getting roped into making out with all the other bodyguards For Reasons, the namesake chart, Chan being the Final Boss. Everything is just so funny.

QL Fic Rec Fest Week 11: A Work in Progress

These are the WIP I'm currently subscribed to:

in a different life by pierogipete - KinnPorsche AU where Kim & Porsche become a couple. There's also plenty of Macau and Chay in there, who get to experience all the teenage romance tropes, meanwhile Porsche and Kim are going through it lol

this tender violence by kimkhimhant - Kim-centric KP fic that starts pre-canon, eventually catches up and then diverges from canon. Kim has to work through a shitload of trauma.

Take the Love You're Owed by Wisteria_daydreams - Vegas/Pete/Tae, Tae-centric. I don't remember much about this one because it's been a while but I remember that I really like it, so

an endless road to rediscover by katharienne - another Kim-centric, Kim/Porsche fic. I must like those. I really love the characters in this fic, especially Porsche and Big.

Subscribing to WIP is so cool, I get super excited everytime one of the authors posts a new chapter! Surprise presents - what more could you want? I hope you check these out and enjoy them.
