What an insane artistic statement to make about your own work. This is what we’re known for, you want it? You want it back? Just like you remember? You want a nostalgia act? Fine, I’ll give you nostalgia! I’ll give you characters that have BEEN trapped in an endless loop of performing over and over again, and how desperately they want to leave. I’ll end the show with the famous song about keeping on living by being killed on stage. Nostalgia is killing us. Nostalgia is killing you. But you just hit repeat.

it is my experience that people with dermal implants and eyeball tattoos and 34 visible piercings are the sweetest people you'll ever meet and will cry if they see a pigeon with a broken wing. it is also my experience that clean-cut people in polo shirts with perfect smiles will vote against your rights and say the most disgusting things imaginable once they think you're out of earshot.
