If Quartie never happens, I expect an explanation about all the unanswered Quartie stuff: fate bringing them together, Artie’s picture in Quinn’s locker, how they got in the fight but were friends in the next episode, and finally why they were so important to each other (as Glee Actually showed).

People who hate Quartie because of some disparaging comments she made about herself when in the chair or because of the fight in BB, but ship Bartie or Sugartie or Tartie make no sense. Brittany and Sugar are ableists, and Tina cheated on Artie!

I wish the writers, actors, and producers had some awareness about people with disabilities, and how horribly they’ve handled the story lines of people with disabilities. I wish they’d give Artie a love interest who hadn’t been ableist. Like Quinn, who never has been.
