I mean hey, you don’t have to get over it if you don’t want to! You are allowed to have your own Headcanons or interpretation on the egos! For some, they’ll make the egos have different sexualities or what not, for others, they’ll base it off Jack and make them all cishets. It just depends on you and how you interpret them.

Now if you are talking about becoming more comfortable with the topic, kudos to you for being willing to go outside your comfort zone. I would say start small and slowly introduce the idea to yourself. Someone on here already reblogged and pointed that Jack seems comfortable with it so I’ll also point that out!

I don't know why I'm coming to this blog to talk about this, but maybe some of you can relate? I don't know why, but I get very... uncomfortable with people giving gender and sexuality headcanons to the Egos. Maybe because they're all supposed to represent Jack, who's Cis and Het? I dunno. Maybe it's just me, but do any of you know any way to get over this?

Nah, I kind of get that! I guess I kind of think as the egos as their own characters, not as representations of Jack. Like... Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds. They’re, of course, separate people- Ryan is real and Deadpool is not. Then this ties in- Ryan Reynolds is straight (as far as I can recall), and Deadpool is pansexual. 

I typically believe that Hollywood has the money and resources to and therefore should find people who are actually the gender/ethnicity/sexual orientation/etc. for the character they’re casting. However, Jack is one man playing many characters. He knows his fanbase is full of people in the LGBTQ+ community. He’s always wanted to create a community that feels welcome and accepted. Now I know these are just headcanons, but do you kinda get what I’m saying? It’s like when a character’s sexual orientation or anything goes unstated/unconfirmed in a show. People attach these headcanons to these characters because they’re fictional and people love them and people want to believe that they’re like them for some representation. So yeah, biggest thing for me is remembering that while they look exactly like and technically are Jack- they aren’t! They’re those exact fictional characters who’s genders and sexual orientations, whereabouts, and living statuses are unknown :)

Yes the account hasn’t been active, but that doesn’t mean the game is dead! We are about to post a few things about the game and some of its updates that way y’all are up to speed!

First thing to get off the list:

We are not sure which website or game website we will be posting this on (yes it will be a PC game). But if y’all have any suggestions, feel free to tell us! :3

Secondly:

“What type of game is this? Is it strictly egos? What?”

This game does contain a player that you guys can name or keep the original name we have for it. (And no this isn’t a dating simulator-)

Thirdly:

“Will there be updates about the game?”

Yes! We will post weekly or daily updates about the game that doesn’t give too much away. In fact we are about to post more about some of the game mechanics after this post! (hopefully I worded that right.)

i would LOVE some more of that Anti & Child reader! don't care if its them practising or fighting the others, or readers first kill mission or even just the other egos discussing and trying to figure out how/why anti "stole a child" i just want more of this, its such an interesting concept

Omg sorry for not answering this tumblr has been a huge pain with asks recently!

And thank you so much, I was actually very proud of this concept myself!

I could honestly do so much with this concept and one of the things I was planning to do was how the egos react and their secondary interaction with them (which has something to do with the reader being with them.)

I actually really enjoy writing and talking about this concept! Hopefully I can get some of the oneshots for it out tomorrow!

Slippers (Angus The Survival Hunter x Reader)

You huffed as you desperately tried to wrap the remaining bag up securely.

“Darn thing, should’ve just put it in another bag..” You mumbled as you pushed your foot down on it, glaring at the brown bag. Before you could kick at it again, the familiar roar of a truck engine broke your concentration from it. You looked up and spotted Angus’ black truck speeding down your long, dirt driveway before making a stop a few feet in front of you. You watched the Hunter step out from the drivers seat and smiled at him,

”Good morning, Angus! Ya finally got here I see, I was beginning to think you forgot.” He laughed at you,

”Ain’t my fault that traffic was bad.” He replied to you, a smile on his face as he helped place your bags in the truck. You rolled your eyes at him as you finally managed to zip up the last bag and throw it in the truck.

“Ya say your dog is coming along right? Where is the little fluff ball?” Angus questioned you as he looked around, his hands on his hips. You let out a little chuckle, oh how naive he truly was.. You whistled for your dog over and opened the passenger seat,

”Slippers! Come here boy! Get in the car!” You shouted happily. There was a few moments of silence before thumping footsteps could be heard. Before long, a large mass of fluff zoomed past both you and the confused Australian as it entered the truck. Angus blinked a few times before finally looking into the truck, but when he did he was like a fish out of water. But you couldn’t blame him,

In his truck sat a massive Tibetan Mastiff, panting happily as he lightly wagged his tail.

“I spoke too soon... You’re certainly a big boy.. I’m not even sure if we can all fit!” Angus proclaimed before rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly, a small smile in his face. You shook your head and laughed at him, punching his shoulder lightly,

”Oh come on Angus, I thought you could take in anything?” He snapped his head toward you,

”I can, I just didn’t expect your dog to be so huge mate.” The hunter mumbled as he glanced back at the dog,

”Ya named him slippers? Ironic name... But I can see why, he looks pretty fluffy.” He added with a lighthearted laugh. You shook your head at him,

”Alright Alright, you can get to know him better when we are on the road, we should’ve already been off by now!”You finally said, despite hating to put a rain check on Slippers and Angus bonding. You watched him nod at you before hopping into the drivers seat with you trying to fit yourself in the passengers seat. Though it took a few minutes, you finally managed to place yourself in the passenger seat, with Slippers barely managed to fit in the back seat that was slightly used for storage. You heard Angus make a small note to clean it up back there for the dog and smiled to yourself.

”He really is already getting attached isn’t he?” You thought to yourself.

Well luckily for Angus, Slippers is a monster hunting dog as well, and hopefully you can bring him on more hunting trips like this.
