Hi, if you don't mind me asking, what program do you use to make the videos? I've been thinking about going back to editing, but I recently changed my computer and the program I used to use can't be downloaded in my new one lmao or if you have any suggestion of what program to use, that would already be useful!

Hey there 👋 I use VEGAS PRO 17 for my editing. I think the most current version is VEGAS PRO 20? Anyway, I haven’t upgraded in a few years bc I mostly don’t use the features they’ve added (so why spend the money right) However, I have purchased some transitions and an effects package from NewBlueFX. I’ve honestly never used editing software other than VEGAS—except for Windows Movie Maker wayyyyy back when lol.

Hello! Minorly random question, but how do you record clips for your edits? When I record from amazon prime it just gives me a black screen

Hey there! Screen recording has rarely worked for me and that’s mostly bc a lot of streaming sites use that same kind of copyright protection you’re describing where the screen stays black if you try to record.

I use a subscription based program that allows me to legally record full TV episodes. (DM me if you have more questions about that.) It works for me bc I do all of my editing on my computer and I have storage there for all of the media I use.
