swam today and did several 100s in the 50m pool without stopping. I'm not doing flip turns at the moment but I did a couple 100s at an easy pace and then one closer to race pace and was fine, so I think I can start trying to add flip turns soon. my times are horrendous but it's proof my lungs aren't hopeless and I can actually increase aerobic capacity without having some kind of VCD/asthma attack.

“trans people in sports is such a complex issue” it really isn’t. make the sports skills-based instead of segregated by gender. “ohhh but so many people’s lives depend on their sports for scholarships” okay then let’s make university universally funded so people don’t have to worry about paying for it based on how well they can throw a ball. how are you not keeping up
