Finally got around to designing the Si biocard.

Originally this was meant to be a double bio post but the second character’s lore is still a mess, sorry 😭

The information in these two paragraphs is closely connected. Some things might not make full sense until you’ve read both.

AND I do not have formal scientific expertise, and I’m not claiming factual accuracy. Everything described here is part of a fictional world and conceptual systems created for storytelling purposes.

What is info-class?

Info-Class is one of the three main divisions of C.I.N.T. (Consortium of Intelligent Neurological Technologies).

The Consortium is divided into three classes: sci, mil, and info. Each class includes three departments, typically with one recognized as the dominant. Each department has its own head, and the structure and internal hierarchy may vary in each class.

Sci Class:

1. Genetic — works with members of the Homo genus (humans and cints). They grow vessels, carry out “transitions,” and raise and educate cint children.

2. Interspecific — deals with all other life forms (animals, plants, microbes, etc.). They reintroducing flora and fauna, and also design and modify new species.

3. ✦ Research — conducts advanced studies that involve or impact the other two departments. Dominant department.

Mil Class:

1. Expendables — considered disposable assets used in warfare and scientific testing, but may also serve as menial workers. This is the lowest department, where outcasts and enemies of the state (Delphi) are sent.

2. Technical — responsible for developing, producing, maintaining, and upgrading military technology, weapons, systems, and also for energy infrastructure.

3. ✦ Strategic — the primary combat force of the class. This department has the widest ranking structure. Dominant department.

Info Class:

1. Intelligence — responsible for information gathering, reconnaissance, and diplomacy.

2. Organizational — manages the network infrastructure and monitors what information enters the global systems.

3. ✦ Analyst — processes and interprets gathered data, maintains and monitors the archives. Dominant department.

There is no concept of the strongest or weakest classes between classes, each class is limited or superior to the others in some aspect. If one class screws up, the others screw up too — after all, no class can do without interaction with another.

Delphi is the main governing body of CINT, which includes the Great Founder and the class managers, and at the same time his advisers.

Who are the Cints?

Cints are the main representatives of C.I.N.T.

A Cint is a technical species — the result of bioengineering.

Originally developed illegally by a small group of scientists, the experiment proved successful, and the Consortium later officially recognized their creation and integrated the cints into its system.

Key Modifications & Traits:

1. Brain Implant: Implanted between the cerebral hemispheres, this is the Consortium’s core technology. It records, stores, and preserves all neural impulses (thoughts, memories, etc.). When a cint dies, the implant transfers that data to another implant in a new body (vessel) with a copy of the same genome. This process is called a transition. The implant can also regulate bodily processes, including pain sensitivity.

2. Hair color: Due to the survival-enhancing drugs they’re given, most cints have light-colored hair. The higher the dosage, the bluer the shade, and the more resilient the cint. For example, cints living in harsh north pole regions often have predominantly blue hair due to extreme environmental conditions. On the other hand, expendable cints usually retain their natural hair color, since the introduction of drugs, to them is not considered a mandatory measure.

3. New eye colors: yellow and amethyst.

4. Because cints are artificially created, pale geometric patterns may appear on their skin.

5. Separated air and food tract, which makes them less vulnerable to suffocation.

Upbringing:

Children-cints spend their entire childhood in sci class complexes until they reach adulthood and are admitted to their chosen position.

From birth to 5 years old, children are looked after by nurses: they monitor their health, teach them basic skills — how to eat, clean, dress, and so on.

From the age of 6, they are placed in a children's group with other children for socialization. The education and development of children is taken care of by an algorithm — even then it begins to collect data from the child's answers and successes, which in the future will become the basis for selecting activities for him. Overseers monitor order and safety. All employees of the complex who come into contact with children wear special metal masks. At first, this is necessary so that the child does not recognize them as their parents, and later for intimidation and designation of authority — so the mask becomes a symbol of submission.

From the age of 12 to 16, children are exchanged between complexes for further socialization. Teenagers are gradually allowed to leave the complex.

From the age of 18, cint chooses the type of activity and gives consent or refusal to the operation to implant the implant.
