Reflection
My reflection post will be divided into three parts, which will about every CAS strand.
Creativity: At the beginning of CAS during the first year of IB course, I thought that it is important for me to start coding as I am in Computer Science class. I have learned a lot while coding, which was very useful for me. Later on I have also decided to devote my time for cooking. I fall in love with cooking as I developed a lot of skills and came up with a lot of ideas for my dishes. Additionally, I am glad I learned the skills for the kitchen as I could help my family with cooking for all of us. After finishing my Creativity strand, I am looking forward to expand my cooking skills as it has become my favourite activity and it will be useful for college as I have to cook by myself.
Activity: Before starting the Activity, I was already involved with baseball for 2 years. However, I was not that active while playing it, because I had no clear goals. Fortunately, when I started CAS I began, I tried to look for my strengths and weaknesses. As the time went by, I identified them and set out clear goals to improve in that field. As a result, I got to enjoy baseball even more and improved myself for me and the team. We were aiming for national championships, but the best we got was second place. But I got to learn a lot of things and trained myself in many areas. Later on I took on some boxing as I was really interested - the same with baseball, I got to enjoy a lot about the new sport and learned interesting things. I am happy with those practices as sport, which is good for both physical and mental health.
Service: Since the beginning of IB course, I joined the Amnesty International group. Participating in the meetings expanded my awareness about the issues in the world through many perspectives (human rights). The presentations about global issues also led us to a many interesting discussions that helped me broaden knowledge about the world. Additionally, all that talk about unfairness made me more eager to do something about it. Therefore, I helped in organizing the event "Write for Rights" twice and it gave an everlasting satisfactions to be able to help someone in need.

Creativity 22.02.2022
For side dishes, I started with tofu. After buying a new fresh tofu, I cut it and then boiled it with some tomatoes and pepper. Also for the vegetables I had cucumbers, green and red paprika. I had a special vietnamese meat called "dau" and chicken spring rolls. The spring rolls were perfect as the inside was a very soft, as the outside was very crunchy. The dish was very healthy and good for me :)

It was special day as the member of the boxing team were sparring each other. Everyone had a chance to square off against anyone we wanted. In my case, I really wanted to spar with my friend, who was far more experienced than me and in the same weight class. I only tried to see whether I could stand chance. As a result, I was got hit a lot of times while being on defense, while he dodged a lot of punches. After the spar, I reviewed the video (the fights were recorded) and tried to focus on things I lack on. Firstly, I needed to learn how to counterattack as there were times I had the opportunity. Secondly, my coach told me that I have to be more faster as I could already pack a punch. I have learned a lot from the fight.

Creativity 09.02.2022
For breakfast I was quite famished so I tried to do something special. I cut the bread and then fry it on the pan with some butter. After that I cooked some scrambled eggs and then quickly ice it to eat it with the sandwich. In the end I added it with some cucumbers, avocado and ham.

Today's training we were focusing on power - these are favourite exercises as I get to punch the bags as much as I want to. At first we focused on our muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs), doing exercises with dumbells and bars. Then we were hitting the bag for 5 minutes straight and repeating the processes until we were tired.

On Amnesty meeting Mikołaj led a topic about Nawalny, who opposes Russian and was arrested a year ago. Even though we do same views as him, it must be stated that he is a symbol for fighting for freem in Russia.
