I am the proud owner of a new Avanti Explorer 3.0 (avantibikes.com/nz/bikes/trail/sport/explorer-3-0/)! First of the "break-in" rides today, just up and down my local streets before checking cables and tires and stuff. :)

Today I passed the halfway-point for targets in total repetitions for my rehabilitation exercises. I've doubled the number of repetitions in my sets, and now performing saner numbers of sets.

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?
Standing in the kitchen of my parents old house at McReedy's Creek in Bucasia, Queensland in front of an antique sideboard. My mother was taking some aspirin and I was watching it dissolve in the water as she explained to me what a headache was, since I had asked why her head hurt. Soon after I had my second birthday and years after that I had my first headache. Thank you parents for my existence.
