Youmu Zero-R
Presented at the 1993 Tokyo Auto Salon. Based on the Honda Beat. Featuring a custom front cowl, the body has been reworked to resemble something more akin to a Group C race car.
The original powerplant is gone and was replaced with a 1.6 litre VTEC equipped unit (likely a B series), putting out 195 HP.
As with any high-caliber TAS build, the interior has received a thorough overhaul as well, though the only thing identified by the original writer is the F1 style meter.
While it's always easy to draw parallels, I genuinely think this car might have influenced the look of the RE-Amemiya Greddy Super 8, directly or indirectly.
