Don't let everything that's going on distract you from the fact that Jimin and Jungkook promised us ten Wlives and three extra ones just about the First Sergeant—and we haven't got a single one yet.

I don’t think either is okay. I listen to the members. They’ve asked us not to do this. I only post pics and videos that THEY send out. Do you think they are okay with people posting pictures of their backs walking on the streets together not knowing that someone is sneaking a picture of them and posting it? Give them alittle control over what’s being put out in the internet about them. This is not about us and our needs… it’s about them and their safety and their privacy.
I agree with the double standards. There’s tweets with thousands of likes of pictures taken by fans of RM smoking or V with IU. Not saying any of this is okay but I mean cmon…..nobody cared then why is it different now? Is it cause it’s multiple pictures or it is because it’s Jimin and Jungkook?
BINGO.

I think season 1 took so long because they were trying to spread out content throughout 2024. January and February was too soon, March was Friends and HOTS, May was RPWP, June was Festa and NLG, July was Muse and then the next major release after that was Happy in November. So the only time available was August, September and October and that's exactly when AYS was released. So I think the release of season 2 will depend on when there will be time available. Like if there's only maybe 1 solo album coming out for the rest of the year then there's should be enough time available for season 2 to be released this year.
And so, we pray:

The recent Jikook development is so unreal. It was not on my bingo card at all. And the travel from Switzerland to a new country was so, so random. The longer Jikook are traveling, the insane people are getting (if you even think that's possible). And if they really are working on something, it'll be chaos when they release whatever it is. I'm excited, really, but I feel like I'm in a fever dream. I might be totally wrong, but I somehow feel that they might have another stop or so. But yeah, I'll be surprised if they ever go on live while they're out and about. Still hanging on to the promised lives 😭
Opinions.

You know, it made me curious why they decided to go to an Asian country that's known to be a bit more crowded, higher chance of them being seen, and not even in a more private or exclusive location which are available in that country. I mean, they still could, but from the looks of it, they're out and about in areas with such heavy foot traffic.
Occam’s razor and all that. I think, despite everything, they probably feel safe enough because of the security team that’s with them. Maybe they also thought this was one of the very few ways they could actually see those countries, or visit certain places in them, without it turning into complete chaos.

When first photos of jikook leaked I only saw them in one blog and on X I saw jikook artists draw what was in those pics or what people wrote about seeing the guys, and I thought it was a really cute way to share excitement without spreading photos everywhere, like the artists would draw people in courts at closed hearings. I wish people would do more of such creative approach.
Opinions.

Actually, the fact that these are my top posts for now is really funny

I wonder how frequently these are updated
Because I’ve had some funny ones in the past
But this set up is top tier lololol

I know it’s a nuanced topic, but I wish people would at least wait until they’re known to be out of the country (like already spotted back in Korea) before even hinting about them being Somewhere or posting proof. I don’t even have Twitter, but insta feeds a lot of these recent pics and videos to me because the members are tagged and I look at stuff related to them and it’s really concerning how many accounts spread them and how they’re still in these countries while all this is being spread.
I just feel like it’s a fan culture thing we need to work on to be more respectful of their safety and not posting their every movement. If they are filming something, I’m sure they’d also want it to be a surprise where they travel for their show. This just feels like a continuation of a certain culture that we saw at their discharge with the amount of people who showed up despite being asked not to. I know they’re public figures and fans will get excited and people will take photos, but some of what’s going on is not great and I worry for their safety. As long as I’ve been in the fandom, I don’t think I’ve seen members ever tracked this heavily. And I just don’t want our jikooker spaces to perpetuate this culture, I know we’re all excited but just want everyone to remember that we aren’t entitled to know where they are or if they’re together or whatever until they let us know (like jimins insta).
Are people seriously tagging the members on Instagram? That is absolutely wild. It’s honestly unbelievable how some people still don’t understand basic boundaries. There has to be a line, and this clearly crosses it.
I completely agree with you. If fans happen to see them in public, the respectful thing to do is wait until they’ve already left the country before saying anything like, “Oh, I saw this idol,” or “They were here.” Announcing their presence while they’re still in the area puts them at risk. Right now, it feels like some people are borderline tracking their movements, and that is not only inappropriate, but it is also incredibly unsafe for them.
With this latest destination, it really feels like things are starting to spiral a bit. The level of obsession is becoming harder to ignore. And even though some Jikookers might not want to admit it, there is this growing desperation to know where they are at all times. For many, it is not just curiosity. There is a deeper need for confirmation and reassurance that they are together. Some people still feel insecure, or they are too easily influenced by whatever chaos the Vecinas stir up, and that creates this constant pressure to prove something.
I think that is where the real problem lies. It is not just about wanting content or updates. It has turned into a need for control and validation. And when that happens, people start justifying behaviour that really should not be normalised.

Not sure what going to NYC was about but these back to back countries a little funny cause AYS S1 they took months breaks in between each country They probably really missed traveling while in the military and wanna see so many countries right now
It’s kind of funny how they’ve been jumping from continent to continent. If you think about it, it’s actually the same thing they did for the first season, but because they’re doing it all back-to-back this time, it feels way more intense.
I get the feeling that NYC was more of a private thing. It just doesn’t make much sense why they went back there, honestly, Jajajajajaja. And the people who supposedly saw them didn’t say anything about them filming. One person said Jungkook had a camera, but maybe it was just his own personal one? Who knows. We’ll see. It’s also true that, as far as we know, NYC is where they spent the most time.
I also think they decided to film the show now because the timing worked out. Their schedules must be relatively clear at the moment, so it was probably the perfect window to get it done. We have no idea if they’re planning to release solo content later on, and then there’s all the group activities coming up too, so this might genuinely be the best moment they had to film it.

After acknowledging the fact that it's not fine to share photos and videos of artists in real time. As it poses a security threat along with privacy issues.
Did you happen to see that video? That landed on my fyp. And I must say... I smiled looking at that unbothered JK. Not even wearing his mask. They are totally in idgaf era. And i am loving it for them.
Yeah, I saw it. They are the epitome of chill. Love that for them.

Some people say they want to protect their privacy, stop the leaking of photos, and avoid acting like the police. However, these individuals often like posts, save pictures, and repost them. I’m not innocent either; I’ve saved photos because that’s what happens when I get excited to see them. None of us is perfect—we're human. When we see our favorite celebrity out on the street, our heads turn, and we can hardly believe it. We get excited and feel the urge to say hello, take pictures, or watch them from a distance. We shouldn’t pretend that if we were in the same situation, we wouldn’t feel compelled to do something—post something, or even record a moment—despite knowing it might not be right. Some of us might have a little more self-control than others and that’s what it is. Policing people into not doing something makes the problem worse, especially if it’s coming from hypocrites. But in the future, I would hope Big Hit would send out warnings against protecting their privacy once more. It’s another thing saying you've seen them, and having the videos and not posting them, which isn’t right. Sharing it with other people who you know are likely to share it , is wrong and problematic .
I actually wrote a post that expressed a similar feeling to this, but I ended up deleting it because it came across as a bit too provocative.
I do think it’s completely natural to want to protect the artist you care about the most. However, the truth is that they are public figures, and not just a little famous; they are extremely well-known. Unless we are talking about sasaengs, who cross serious boundaries by stalking them or taking invasive photos, I think it is pretty normal that fans or people who recognise them in public might want to take a photo and share it on social media. When they are out in very public spaces, surrounded by others, being photographed is unfortunately part of what comes with being that famous. I’m not saying it’s okay, but unfortunately, it comes with the territory.
That being said, some things clearly cross a line. For example, sharing which hotel they are staying at, or posting a conversation they were having — even if it seemed innocent — is not acceptable. That kind of behaviour does violate their privacy, and it really should not happen, nor should fans share that kind of information.
I also think sharing their exact location is something people should avoid. It is one thing to say they are in a certain country, but revealing exactly where they are within that country, especially while they are still there, is just not right.
It is a complicated topic. These situations need to be handled with great care, because their safety must come first. But still, it is something that needs more awareness and common sense.

Okay, they are definitely filming something, most likely the second season of Are You Sure? I am not sure if they were also filming in New York, assuming they really were in New York, but that is clearly what they are doing in Europe.
I am honestly surprised that:
There is going to be another season
They started filming it straight after finishing their military service.
I mean, it does make sense, but still.

So, I was looking at the timelines for when BTS used to film their shows and when they were released, and honestly there was never that much time between the two.
Which makes me think, if Jimin and Jungkook really are filming the second season of Are You Sure?!, maybe we will not have to wait too long to see it. Although to be fair, this situation is a bit different. BTS’s old shows were filmed and released directly through Weverse, but Are You Sure?! is a Disney production. I think it is from Disney Japan, or at least under Disney’s umbrella.
If this new season is also for Disney, then its release will probably depend on their content schedule, and I have no idea how that works. I imagine Disney would have full control over when and how it is released, which could mean we will have to wait months. It might not come out until next year.
For example, with the first season, the final bit of filming was in November and it did not air until August. That is a nine-month gap. So if the timeline is similar this time, we might be looking at February or March for season two.
But I am not sure Bighit would be okay with that. If the rumours are true and BTS are planning a comeback with a new album in March, I doubt the agency would want anything else pulling attention away from that, no even two members of BTS😂. So maybe the show will be released earlier, maybe even in December?🙏
Another thought I had is that maybe this time it is not for Disney at all. Maybe it will be released through Weverse, or even on YouTube in more of a vlog-style format. And maybe it will not even be called Are You Sure?! this time. Maybe it is We Are Sure!
