Hi, I need help! For one of my courses I have to write an essay where I do a case-study of intersectionality (Can be between anything, sex, gender, race) This case-study can have any source e.g. a blogpost, tweet or news article. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation.

you know what's going on with lil nas x is persecution, right. it's not "just" internet trolling—he's only 21 and being targeted by SITTING SENATORS for his art. this is textbook persecution, complete with the coalescing of religion and political power, and the fact that he can fire off meme-y one liners doesn't change that! fucking hell! it horrifies me how this is being played off for laughs, even by leftists and "we are the daughters of witches you couldn't burn" crowd. it's terrifying and the actual, bodily threat to him is VERY REAL regardless of how funny his responses are.

Where do you see radical feminists voicing the idea that facial hair is unnatural and wrong in women?

The entire statement actively goes against the ideas of feminists?

I’d love to see your examples if you make such claims

cis women with facial hair isn’t as rare and “abnormal”/“unhealthy due to uterine cysts therefore dangerous” (and still shamed despite not being within a persons control?) as t*rfs think it is. i can think of 4 cis women i work with just in my department alone who have visible facial hair. sometimes your body just does it. it’s not that deep. it’s not any different from leg hair being thicker than average on some people. being a deeply flawed and hateful person really does give you brain rot. can you imagine just blocking out the details of people’s faces constantly because you don’t want to admit that the arbitrary lines of “sex characteristics” are more blurred than you ever cared to admit?

I dress quite bland in the sense that it’s always black pants and a big jumper or oversized t-shirt. My favourite shirt rn is an old yellow mans carhart shirt in an usamerican medium so it falls halfway down my thighs. I do wear dresses in summer when it’s really warm, usually with biker shorts so I can move around freely.

I’ve worn heels less than once a year, when I want just a little bit more height. Especially when I wanted a more formal shoe than a sneaker and I didn’t own any so I’d borrow some heels. Now that I have black motor boots I use those.

I exclusively wear sportsbras, going supportless hurts a lot so I don’t like it, but I hate the uncomfortable bras.

I’ve never worn makeup and I’ll never start. Although this is largely in part to the fact that i just never could be bothered to set aside time in a day to do makeup

My hairs quite long. Usually I cut it beginning of summer, to help with the heat, and grow it out all during winter so it’s nice and warm haha.

I don’t shave, in general I don’t shave a lot, but I haven’t since July maybe? I did take scissors to trim bc I got tangles lol. My friends asked me if it was a statement back in summer, and it’s not really a conscious one, same as with make up for me I guess. I don’t like it, I don’t care for the time it’ll cost me, I like having hair. (( also my mum did not let me shave for years when I begged her because she said I was too young to be worried about that. And I should never shave my pubes. When my stepmum taught me against my mums wishes I was so happy, in hindsight my mum was right))

Do you wear dresses/heels on formal occasions?

Do you wear a bra?

Do you wear makeup?

How long is your hair?

Do you shave your body hair?

Yes, or at least it blocks lesbian I think, which is why it's le$bean in most captions. The same goes for any words that are related to violence, killing, even the word Sex can get your content removed I think.

The speed at which r/SuperStraight on reddit and the SuperStraight hashtag on tiktok where banned is some of the creepiest stuff i’ve seen happen relating to TRAs. I mean reddit was expected eventually, but tiktok? Why would the Chinese government care about this?

Unpopular opinion but women shouldn’t have to write 6 paragraph text posts to defend their right to refuse sex with anyone for any reason. Anyone who disagrees with that statement is a rapist or a rape apologist. End of story.
